"The room facilities are generally good, the bathroom is too small, and the water is very slow when taking a bath. The breakfast is formal and the service is good. It requires an extra bed and will be delivered immediately. Good location, very close to the beach."

"The hotel is super. I was there with my partner, the hotel has a super market directly opposite. The hotel room is beautifully spacious, the staff was always very friendly and premature and has given us many great recommendations and tips for Naxos. We were very happy, it is not a luxury hotel that is clear, but for the price performance it is very good. Thank you very much for everything."

"My sister and I had a fabulous time staying at Evilion. It’s a great location, 5-15 minute walk to everything you need. And the room was great: big, beautiful, and well-maintained, with a wonderfully comfy bed (a true blessing after a long day’s hike up Mount Zas, I can tell you). The highlight, however, was the manager/owner, Nektarios. Not only did he pick us up from the port, but along the way gave us a helpful tour of the town so we knew our way around. After he showed us to our room, he brought us watermelon grown on his father’s farm, and ice cold, homemade lemonade. Wherever the fruit was from, it was delicious, and very welcome after a day of traveling. He’s of course very knowledgeable about the town and the island in general, and gave us great tips about the most interesting villages to explore and the best restaurants to eat at. He made our short stay in Naxos an absolute pleasure and we definitely hope to come back again (fingers crossed we’ll also be able to stay at the Evilion) to explore this beautiful island in a lot more depth."

"We loved our stay at Aegean Palace. The location is fantastic—just a short walk from Plaka Beach and very close to several lovely beachfront restaurants. Naxos Old Town is also easy to reach by bus in around 15–20 minutes. One of our favorite things was how well they take care of the cats around the hotel. There are even a few adorable cats around the breakfast area, which made the mornings extra enjoyable for us. The whole atmosphere felt very relaxed and welcoming."

"Great experience! Staff was very helpful and friendly. Location was perfect. Would come back again"

"It was a pleasure to stay in Akre for such a short time. It worth staying longer, as the hotel located a bit away from the crowd and shopping area, but it has everything needed and a private empty beach , which is perfect for those who want to recharge and relax totally. We rented a scooter in a little village 20 mins away from Akre, which was cheap and let us travel within the island freely. The hotel let us check out after 2 pm and even provided a new room! Adorable! And Eleni, the manager, was extremely hospitable and caring ❤️ Thank you for having us! want to go back !"

"I only stayed in the small island of Naxos for one night and chose the hotel Astir of Naxos. It takes about 25 minutes to walk from the port to the hotel. It is better to walk along the small road on the other side of the sea. The road is relatively flat and there is no need to climb up and down. The hotel is about 5 minutes away from the large sandy beach Agios Georgios Beach and the 2-storey Super Market Koutelieris. It is said that this is the largest supermarket in Greece 🇬🇷, where you can buy a lot of food produced in Greece. Here I bought Greek biscuit bars, coffee powder and honey from Coffee Island, a large chain coffee shop in Greece. When checking in, the hotel gave us a glass of alcoholic lemon welcome drink. The staff is also very friendly. They gave us a map, patiently explained the nearby places to go, and gave us the bus schedule. The hotel is 2 floors high and there is no elevator 🛗. It will be a bit painful to live on the 2nd floor with large luggage. The room design is very environmentally friendly ♻️. At first, I thought the air conditioner was broken and couldn't be turned on. When I walked to the reception, the staff asked me if I had closed the window, and she said that I had to close the window first to turn on the air conditioner. I find it odd that she said that. then she Come to the room to demonstrate, and sure enough, the windows are closed tightly, and the air-conditioning is turned on! This is the first time I have seen a hotel room with this design! So special! There are 3 single beds in the room, which are so wide that you can open 2 large suitcases at the same time. There is a small terrace with 2 chairs 🪑 and a table, which can look out to the street outside the hotel, which is open but not worth admiring. The bathroom is like other Greek hotels, with a small piece of tank glass, and the water will splash and wet the whole bathroom when taking a shower. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc. are available in small bottles of the Fillos of Sea Nature brand. The overall feeling of the room is a bit old, but clean and reasonable. The hotel has a swimming pool, but it is not a heated pool. When I went in June, the water was still a bit freezing. Breakfast is provided and can be enjoyed by the pool. There are not many food choices, and the taste is just so-so, but it is enough to fill the stomach and has my favorite Greek yoghurt. --------- Astir of Naxos 📬Saint-George-Beach, Naxos 843 00, Greece #astirofnaxos #naxos #GreeceHotel #Greece #Greece Travel #Greece Free Travel #followmetoGreece #Hotel Evaluation"
