Location of the room was amazing - really close to all amenities, and 5 minutes walk to the center of Catania 2 minutes from breakfast, and evening meals and drinks Very modern inside the room - shower was really powerful, fridge that worked very well, and TV. The coffee maker was an excellent edition. Access was very well organized, with key codes and card access - made us feel very safe There was a power shut down twice for the block - lasting for a few hours - we just went out! Came back and it was all turned on. The key codes did not work and we were stuck out side - however, the company sorted this out straight away - and we were left waiting for minutes only - they were amazing. Communication was excellent, and fast I would stay here again, and would highly recommend Thanks!

It was very nice to stay at a Palazzo. The room is very beautiful and clean and the location is great! You can see the sunken ruins of an ancient Roman Amphitheater, the grand marble Monument to Vincenzo Bellini, the bustling daily street market of Fera o' Luni, and walk straight onto the famous shopping street, Via Etnea. And also catch the bus 434 to go to the very beautiful beaches of Giovanni Li Cuti, Aci Castello, Acitrezza… Andrea was fantastic and always helpful. Highly recommended!

Facilities: No slippers, no toothbrush, and only one cup on the sink. However, four bottles of water are provided daily, which is very thoughtful. The bathroom is a bit small, and towels are changed every two days. Cleanliness: There were mosquitoes in the room near the entrance, but mosquito coils were provided. Environment: Located next to the train and bus stations, it's a 5-minute walk with luggage. It's a typical guesthouse. Catania's city center looks quite run-down, but there are actually many bars and nice restaurants nearby, and surprisingly, they were all very good. We had breakfast at a coffee shop at the intersection for three days, which wasn't expensive. Service: You can even communicate via WeChat, although it's not always prompt, but you can see their sincerity. It's not a 24-hour front desk; check-in and check-out require prior communication. They also inquire about your accommodation experience.

This is the most satisfying hotel in Sicily. The location is very downtown, but it is quiet in the middle of noisy. There are several restaurants downstairs. First of all, the room is duplex, the roof is a terrace and a kitchen, the lights are turned on at night, it is really atmospheric, the room layout is also very beautiful, and the facilities are very complete. The landlord sister is also very enthusiastic. The introduction was very careful. The only downside is that the door key is a bit difficult to use.

Set in a historic building in the centre of Catania, this B&B stands out for its traditional style and the quality of its service. Despite the lively atmosphere of the neighbourhood, the rooms are quiet, full of light and – hey! – the ceilings are frescoed! The owner is always available via WhatsApp: he brings breakfast to your room at the agreed time and was very helpful in letting us leave our luggage in storage early in the morning and check-in, even though the room wasn’t ready yet, so to let us enjoy the city.

Service equivalent to other hotels of this category but hotels to renovate small double room with private bathroom

The hotel is in a good position, in front of the sea but not too far from the center, parking at only 10 euros is very comfortable, for the breakfast is both sweet and salty well for varieties and for taste more not Banale the room is very nice with the pool (which is active from 9:30 a.m.). Both the staff of the hotel and the restaurant were available, I am sorry that the restaurant at the fourth floor is not open and I haven't read this communication, but it is certainly a lack of me. The room is still in the right size and has a balcony on the sea so great, the bed seemed quite comfortable. I think the hotel's quality-price ratio can be on, there's some negative note, I confirm that the air conditioner makes a little noise, perhaps for someone it can be ”invasive”, in our room the discharge button was ”unfunctional” You had to turn the key and then press it to pull the water. Thank you all for the great hospitality and the great kindness of ourselves.

Staying here as a transit point to Syracuse and Taormina, the hotel is conveniently located near various attractions and shopping streets, though a bit far from the train station. There's a bus stop right outside, but you need to buy your tickets in advance at the tobacco shop. There's also a convenient airport bus stop where you can buy tickets on board. The front desk staff were very friendly, welcoming, and patient. The breakfast was also delicious. The rooms were relatively spacious. Catania is a major city in Sicily, and besides using it as a transit point, you could easily stay a few more days to explore the area; the shopping streets are packed with shops.

I'm delighted to share my experience at this hotel. It's truly an excellent hotel: the room was very comfortable and pleasant, with meticulous attention to detail. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail—small gestures like leaving fresh bottles of water and candy every day really make a difference and demonstrate great care and a positive attitude toward guests. The location is also a major plus. It's true that the entrance through the parking lot can be a little difficult to find at first, but once you arrive, you discover that the hotel is in an excellent location: close to the seafront, easily accessible on foot, in a very pleasant, clean, and quiet neighborhood. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and will definitely return in the future. I highly recommend it.

Hotel very clean. Great service. Unfortunately, the breakfasts leave much to be desired. But the gratification is great coffee.
