"Second time in Tokyo and stayed in the same hotel again this year. I chose this hotel again because the price is reasonable for the location and the area is cleaner. It is very near to all the Ginza shopping malls and high end stores. 7E is opposite of the hotel and there's a local tsukemen shop in the same row if you're craving for supper and don't want to walk far."

"Stayed at Shinagawa Prince Hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is definitely the biggest advantage. Being right next to Shinagawa Station makes it incredibly convenient for travelling around Tokyo, taking the Shinkansen, and accessing both airports. The hotel also offers plenty of facilities, restaurants, shops, and everything you may need during your stay. As one of the larger hotels in Tokyo, it can feel very crowded with tourists and visitors throughout the day. There were a few occasions where language barriers led to some miscommunication, and at times I felt that foreign guests might receive slightly different treatment, although this may simply have been my personal impression. That being said, the staff were generally professional and helpful. If you are respectful and patient, everything usually goes smoothly. Considering the location, facilities, and reasonable room rates, I feel this hotel offers good value for money and is a practical choice for anyone visiting Tokyo. I would stay here again mainly because of the convenience and excellent location. 🇯🇵🏨✨"

"The room amenities were pretty standard. It's a bit of a walk from the station, but nothing too bad. The 12 PM checkout time is a nice bonus and not that common, giving you a little extra time to rest if you're tired from the day before."

"The room was quite clean, and the front desk staff were very helpful. They even stored my luggage for free. The breakfast buffet had a good variety and was delicious. It's only a 5-minute walk from Ariake subway station, and there's a duty-free shop nearby."

"This hotel's location is excellent. The subway is super convenient right outside, and Ginza is just across the street, making shopping incredibly easy. The hotel provides an electric kettle and two bottles of mineral water daily, and the rooms are very clean. There's a large public bath with hot springs on the second floor, and you can pick up toiletries on the first floor. The front desk has staff who speak Chinese, and they offer thoughtful services like luggage storage and weighing. I'll probably stay here again next time I visit Japan."

"I highly recommend this hotel. The transportation is incredibly convenient. It's just an 8-minute walk from the hotel through the Sunshine City mall to both the subway and JR stations – you can enjoy some window shopping on your way. Plus, there's an airport shuttle right outside the hotel, so you don't have to lug your luggage around. There was a slight delay during check-in due to an order issue, but the hotel upgraded our room and even gave us some cookies as an apology, which was a lovely gesture. The room was cleaned daily, and the 24-hour FamilyMart downstairs was super handy for late-night snacks. I'd definitely book this hotel again."

"It was my first time staying in the Roppongi area, and the location is extremely convenient. The hotel is just a two-minute walk from the station, making it easy to get around Tokyo. The neighborhood is lively and well-connected, which is perfect for shopping and sightseeing. Check-in is self-service, which was quick and efficient. Amenities such as toiletries are available on the lobby floor for guests to pick up, and there is also a vending machine on the floor for added convenience. One downside was the cleanliness. I found a hair on the bed and a fruit seed on the floor, which was a bit disappointing and could definitely be improved. The highlight of the stay was the massage chair inside the room — it was absolutely perfect after a long day of shopping and walking around Tokyo. It really made a difference in helping me relax and unwind. On the second floor, there is a hotel restaurant as well as a well-known BBQ restaurant. Unfortunately, I didn’t have time to try them during this trip, but it’s great to have dining options so close by. Overall, a very convenient stay in a prime location, with the massage chair being a standout feature."

"The hotel is very close to Suidobashi Station on the JR line, which provides excellent access to all the main attractions in Tokyo. You can easily reach places like Akihabara, Ueno, Tokyo Dome, and even Shinjuku or Shibuya with just one or two connections. Despite being so close to the train tracks, the rooms have good soundproofing, and we could not hear the trains at all inside the room. That was a huge relief because I was worried about noise, but it turned out to be completely fine The room itself was clean and spacious by Tokyo standards. Everything felt fresh and well maintained. The housekeeping did a great job, and we had plenty of space to open our suitcases and move around comfortably. That is not always easy to find in Tokyo hotels, so I really appreciated that. At the reception area, you can help yourself to tea and coffee, as well as some basic hygiene kits and amenities. It is a nice touch, especially if you forgot something or just want a hot drink before heading out for the day. But, there are a few things to be aware of. First, the check-in time is later than usual but at 5:00 PM. That is quite late compared to most hotels where check-in is around 2:00 or 3:00 PM. You need to plan your day around this and make sure you have somewhere to keep your luggage if you arrive earlier. It is not a dealbreaker, but it is something you should know before booking. The second thing was the bathroom setup. In our room, there was a strange curtain separating the shower area from the rest of the room. The problem is that this curtain does not actually hide anything. If someone opens the door from the room into the hallway, anyone standing there could see straight into the shower area. It was an odd design choice. My advice to the hotel would be to apply frosted film to the shower door. That would solve the privacy issue completely, and the strange curtain would no longer be needed. Another small issue was the luggage storage area. Some of the lockers were locked but not being used, which meant there was not enough space for everyone to store their bags. It was a bit frustrating because empty but locked lockers took up space that could have been used. However, I have to give credit to the administrator who helped us resolve the situation. They were kind and found a solution, so in the end, it worked out fine. I do want to recommend the restaurant on the first floor for evening relaxation. There are only a few tables, so it feels quite intimate and not too crowded. The prices are slightly higher than the average in Tokyo, but the desserts are wonderful, and they serve champagne as well. It is a lovely place to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. I especially enjoyed sitting there in the evening with a glass of champagne and a sweet treat, it felt like a small luxury. Overall, sequence Suidobashi is a solid choice if you value cleanliness, space, and good train connections. Just be prepared for the late check-in, the unusual shower curtain, and a possible small hassle with luggage storage. None of these issues ruined my stay, and with a few small improvements, this hotel could be truly excellent. I would still recommend it, especially for travelers who plan to spend most of their day exploring Tokyo and just need a comfortable, quiet place to sleep and recharge"
