"I stayed in a double room for two nights and had a good experience. Everything was great – the cleanliness, location, and spaciousness. My only minor complaints are that there was no window and the lighting was too dim. It felt like the room was only suitable for sleeping. It was frustrating trying to get ready in the morning or do my makeup because it was so dark. I'm not sure why it was designed this way. On the positive side, it was very quiet, which I liked. Ueno station and the bustling area are just a 5-10 minute walk away. The best part, though, was the hotel manager. They were incredibly friendly and didn't seem Japanese, spoke English well, and even used a translation app to communicate with me in Korean. That was truly excellent!"

"Park Hotel Tokyo truly exceeded every expectation I had — and then some. I spent 9 unforgettable nights here, and I can confidently say this is one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Without a second thought, I will be coming back on my next trip to Tokyo. From the very first moment, the level of service was exceptional. Every interaction with the staff felt warm, genuine, and thoughtful — they truly go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and memorable. The attention to detail is simply outstanding. The views deserve a special mention. Even though my room didn’t face Tokyo Tower, the scenery was absolutely breathtaking at all times of the day — morning, afternoon, and night. I honestly found myself wanting to capture every moment on camera. And for those who dream of seeing Tokyo Tower — it is beautifully visible right from the lobby, creating a stunning and iconic atmosphere. Breakfasts were delicious and consistently satisfying. While the selection didn’t change much day to day, it didn’t matter at all — I found my perfect morning set and looked forward to it every single day. Housekeeping is incredibly flexible, which I really appreciated. You can choose a full cleaning service or opt for an eco-friendly option where towels are refreshed and water is replenished without a full clean — a great touch depending on your needs. Another very convenient feature is the laundry service. The hotel offers both professional laundry and self-service washing machines (located on 27th and 28th floors). I personally used the coin-operated machines, and everything worked perfectly — washing and drying were quick and efficient. The location is simply unbeatable. It’s incredibly well-connected — whether you prefer JR lines, metro, or other transport options, everything is easily accessible. Getting anywhere in Tokyo was smooth and stress-free. This was actually my first time in Japan, and before the trip I was worried I wouldn’t understand the transport system and would rely on taxis. In reality, I figured it out almost immediately — and thanks to the hotel’s perfect location, I didn’t take a taxi even once. One of the most unique aspects of this hotel is that it’s also an art hotel — almost like a museum. There are fascinating artworks and exhibitions throughout the floors and common areas. If you’re into art, you can even explore guided experiences. Even without that, just walking around and discovering the pieces was a beautiful experience in itself. If I could give this hotel 100 stars, I absolutely would. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay in Tokyo so special. "I booked this hotel to see Kiyomizu and for a quick, two-day trip. The room was quite spacious and very clean, and I could enjoy Tokyo's night view in the evening. I'd probably book here again if I come back to Tokyo. The only slight inconvenience was that both nearby subway exits were all stairs, so you had to climb them yourself. However, the surrounding streets were very quiet, and there's a school next to the hotel, so the high school students were quite energetic."

"I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Tokyo. Although the room was relatively small, it was thoughtfully designed and made excellent use of the available space. Everything was clean, functional, and well-maintained, providing all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its location. It is conveniently situated near Tokyo Skytree, making it easy to explore one of Tokyo's most famous landmarks and nearby shopping and dining options. Despite being close to a popular tourist area, the hotel is tucked away in a quiet residential neighborhood, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere after a busy day of sightseeing."

"Location: The hotel's location is great, conveniently close to both Shimbashi and Shiodome subway stations. Service: The service was excellent, highly recommended. Breakfast: Breakfast was decent. The hotel primarily caters to Western guests, so the breakfast options are geared towards them. Room: The room isn't huge, but the facilities are quite new. The biggest highlight is definitely the Tokyo Tower view. On a clear day, you can even see Mount Fuji from the window. Downstairs, there's also a Ghibli clock, which is a popular photo spot."

"Honestly, one of the most efficient room designs I’ve experienced. My girlfriend and I were there primarily for shopping, so we really only used the room to sleep—and it served that purpose perfectly. The space is small, but very clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully designed. The separate bathroom and shower setup was especially convenient for getting ready at the same time. The hotel has a great vibe—the lobby transforms into a lively hangout spot at night, which we really enjoyed. It definitely has a young, trendy feel. Location is a major plus. It’s close to multiple train stations (about $3 to Haneda Airport), surrounded by fantastic restaurants, and just steps from high-end shopping like Hermès and Dior. We stayed on the 12th floor on the side away from the train tracks and experienced zero noise. The only suggestion I’d offer is to improve the breakfast—adding more variety and expanding the buffet options would make a big difference. Overall, I’d absolutely consider staying here again. Modern Thai restaurant a few doors down is highly suggested!🇹🇭"

"Great hotel located directly above Shibuya station which meant the location was very convenient. Even though I had booked the base room which was only 20 m², the room design meant that the room did not feel small at all and the room was a well laid out with a Japanese style toilet and seperate shower. Overall I would definitely stay at this hotel, considering its location, price, customer service and room layout. The hotel staff at the front desk were very helpful and we’re even able to help us send our baggage to our next hotel and help us fill out the documentation in Japanese."

"Excellent location near the train station, several malls, and a 7-Eleven just downstairs. I initially worried the location was too quiet compared to Ginza or Shibuya, but after a three-night stay, I really appreciated how accessible yet peaceful and less touristy it was. The TV is a smart TV, which we could use to watch YouTube and Netflix. They have their own amenities and use Refa brand shower heads! The room is spacious enough to fit an extra sofa and a small table, totally enough for the two of us."

"Bad experience for service. We have problem entering the room because digital door lock didn’t work. Very difficult to contact hotel, no given phone number to contact. We message again & again until the last solution, spare key. It took us 2 hours after finding out the battery ran out. Apology for door problem is what we get. Early check-out to get the train, I told the hotel I left the damaged luggage in the room and send the picture to them. Finding out later that disposal of big garbage cost me JPY 7500, to comply with Japanese law. If I know i will take it with me for sure. The hotel told that it sent the file informed for this policy when I already booked the room, not In reservation page before you book the room. It supposed to be my fault not read carefully. For me, payment is acceptable, but very disappointed with the communication!"
