Val D'Isere is a great alternative to staying at the expensive condominiums in the Village. This property is just across the street! In the morning, it is just a short walk to the Gondola to the Canyon Lodge lifts. During the evening, you'll have no need for a car. Simply walk to Mammoth's newest restaurants, shops, and nightclubs; then return home to a much quieter location with no Village noise below your room! There is also a BBQ at the pool in the summer as well as a common area laundry room in addition to our laundry in the condo. Two car parking is available right by the condo. Extra parking is available upon request. Our Condo is next to the New Ski Back Trail, at the bridge that crosses into the Village, as well as the Mountain Bike Trail to the Village. The Aspen Chateau is a 2 story, 4 bedroom townhouse nestled among a grove of aspen trees in Mammoth Lakes. Our home is an end unit, with a large wrap around deck. We are located in a quiet complex with a large grassy area next to our home. The complex offers an indoor sauna and hot tub for soaking, and a pool that is open during the summer.On the entry level are three bedrooms featuring king beds in two rooms, and a bunk room for the kids with 4 twin beds. The primary bedroom has its own 55 inch smart TV and en suite bathroom. In the bunk room, the kids also have their own 55 inch smart TV, air hockey and darts (soft tip). The secondary downstairs bedroom and bunk room share a hallway bathroom. The sink area separated is separated from the shower and toilet, to allow some to get ready while others shower.Upstairs, you will find the living room, dining room, kitchen and 4th bedroom with another king bed. There is also another full bathroom with shower located in the upstairs hallway. The living room has a 55 inch smart TV and pellet stove. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare a home cooked meal. In addition, there is a propane gas BBQ out on the deck. The dining table seats 8 easily and there are chairs and TV trays for more seating options.A new pellet stove in the living room is available for ambience and warmth. Each bedroom within the house has its own heater and there are wall heaters throughout the house well.Our home has free high speed WiFi with an excellent connection throughout. A small washer and dryer is located downstairs in the entry closet for your convenience. Complimentary body wash, shampoo and conditioner are provided in each bathroom.There is parking for two cars right in front of our home. Guests will be provided with a code to enter the home before arrival.The community spa and pool also require a code to enter.
