The free large parking lot is friendly to the self-driving party, and the self-service laundry room solves the problem of long-distance laundry. Breakfast takes into account the taste of the north and south, as well as local characteristics. The staff is gentle and the check-in is efficient. Not far from the Hedi Night Market, it is convenient to go shopping and eat, and it is also close to the colorful beach. The first choice for accommodation in Burqin, I really recommend it to friends who come to Altay!"

"Due to the seasonal change, the air conditioning in the room wasn't working, and as someone from the south, I was so hot I couldn't sleep at all! The higher I set the fan speed, the hotter it got... I called the front desk in the middle of the night, and they immediately sent up a fan and explained the reason for the AC issue! They also sent staff to check the room, and offered solutions and actual compensation! Although I ended up being sleepless the entire night, the room's environment and the hotel's breakfast were both good! The only reason I want to give a good review is because of the staff! The service staff at this hotel deserve a six-star rating! They were even more thoughtful than staff at some higher-rated hotels I've stayed at. Plus, the hotel is right next to the ski resort, and the view from the room is beautiful. If I have the chance, I'll definitely choose to bring my kids here again."

"An outstanding stay at the Hemu Conrad Hotel! This visit to the Hemu Conrad Hotel was an absolute blast, truly living up to its reputation as the benchmark for luxury accommodation in Hemu! The hotel boasts a superb location, making travel incredibly convenient. The room was spacious and bright, with plenty of room to move, and the 270-degree panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking views of the forest, showcasing luxury in every detail. A special thank you to the duty managers, Kenny and Huang Jingjing! Kenny was professional and efficient, showing us the rooms and ensuring a seamless check-in process, providing attentive follow-up throughout our stay. Huang Jingjing's service was warm and thorough; she patiently answered our questions, offered timely weather and road condition alerts, and was wonderfully gentle and thoughtful."

"I stayed at this hotel in Kanas for two nights, and I truly recommend it. Firstly, the location is excellent. It's at Xin Village Station 1. After transferring from the Kanas transfer point to the Xin Village shuttle bus, it's just one stop, very convenient. The hotel is right next to the bus stop. From 7 AM to 8 AM is the morning mist special train, and the advantage of being at the first stop is significant – you're absolutely guaranteed to get a seat. Usually, by the time the shuttle reaches Xin Village Station 2 and beyond, it's already full, and you can't even squeeze on. Regarding the hotel service, it's a butler system. After adding them on WeChat, they essentially answer every question and respond incredibly quickly. The staff are mostly young people. The breakfast is also delicious, with wontons and rice noodles as the main dishes, and you can get more if you need. The view from the large windows of the breakfast restaurant is beautiful. The afternoon tea desserts are visually appealing and tasty. As for the hotel environment, it's made up of charming log cabins. To the east of the hotel is a large meadow with a few horses, and there's a winding mountain road behind it. The hotel is kept exceptionally tidy and clean; any photo you take turns out beautiful. If you're lucky, you can even see the morning mist from the hotel, which is stunning. I really like this hotel, and I'll definitely choose it again when I visit Kanas in the winter."

"This Dongxue Hotel stay was the most pleasant and comfortable part of my Xinjiang road trip. We didn't want to drag a lot of luggage into the Hemu Scenic Area like other tourists, so we opted to stay near the visitor center. That's when we discovered Dongxue Hotel right next door! The price was very reasonable, and the hotel is brand new, a winter ski hotel no less! The service was excellent, and the room facilities were fantastic. They even had a generous selection of dried fruit snacks in the room, which was a lovely touch. The area outside the hotel is currently under development, so the roads were quite muddy. Our car got very dirty after driving through, but when we arrived at the hotel, the front desk promptly arranged for a staff member to provide a hose so we could wash our car. It was truly a comfortable, reassuring, and worry-free stay! The scenery outside the hotel is absolutely stunning. From now on, whenever I visit, Dongxue Hotel will be my only choice."

"I spent a long time choosing a guesthouse in Hemu, and finally settled on An·Man. It turned out to be one of the best decisions of my entire trip to northern Xinjiang, truly deserving of its 'Top 1 B&B in Altay' title. The location is impeccable. It's near Hemu Bridge, right in the heart of the area yet surprisingly quiet. It's easy to explore the village from here, and you can retreat to your room for undisturbed peace. The room was spacious and comfortable, with views of the birch forest outside the window. Waking up to such lush greenery every day put me in a wonderful mood. What truly impressed me were the details and the service. The butler-style service was incredibly thoughtful, from luggage assistance upon arrival, to exquisite and delicious afternoon tea snacks daily, and even soothing evening desserts. Every touch made me feel genuinely cared for. There’s a small stone path in the yard that leads directly to the Hemu River. Taking an evening stroll by the river or enjoying a cup of tea under the trees behind the yard offered a sense of leisure that you simply can't get from staying in a hotel. I especially want to commend the washing machine and steam room in the room. We had just returned from horseback riding at Meilifeng, covered in dust, and being able to wash and dry our dirty clothes directly in the room, then steam away the day's fatigue in the steam room, was an amenity truly hard to come by in Hemu. In short, An·Man is not just an ordinary guesthouse; it truly understands what travelers need. I highly recommend it to all friends visiting Hemu. It's excellent value for money, and I will definitely stay here again on my next visit!"

"The hotel's location is excellent, and the room is spacious with a great view from the window. The view from the balcony is probably the best in the entire village, even better than many designated photo spots. The hygiene was acceptable, and the facilities were also adequate. The hot water and showerhead in the bathroom were very good. The service level was average, but bottled drinking water was provided promptly upon request. Overall, there's a significant gap compared to a five-star hotel, and the price is quite high. It's likely that the price reflects the prime location. The most inconvenient aspect is that guests have to carry their luggage and squeeze onto public buses, as the hotel only offers shuttle service for a mere 100 meters. It's quite hard to understand why such an expensive hotel cannot resolve this issue."

"Naked Yinxiang B&B is very satisfied, the room is clean, 24 hours hot water, the whole house is warm and not afraid of cold, the scenery is facing the snow-capped mountains, there are trees and village wooden houses. The weather is particularly good these days, the living is comfortable, and the food is good. The dog in their house is called rhubarb. It is very good and honest, very clingy, and has been very lazy. It is too cute to fall asleep. The location of the homestay has a bus stop, and it is very convenient to drive by yourself. Next to the birch forest, the hotel has free snow circles for guests to play, and lights can be borrowed when taking pictures."
