We went twice, once in the evening and once in the early morning, and the environment was fantastic. Watching the lake, as vast as an ocean, feeling the breeze and listening to the waves was delightful and relaxing. 2. The room layout was also well-planned, and the balcony overlooked the hotel grounds and the lake, offering expansive views. The service was excellent, with a warm and enthusiastic attitude. Every staff member we encountered during our stay greeted us warmly. 3. They even offered a complimentary travel photography experience, where we got to try on ethnic costumes, leaving us with wonderful memories. This was a pleasant surprise and exceeded our expectations."

She upgraded our room for free, and gave us a self-made travel guide from the hotel. The front desk said that it would be more cost-effective to buy a silver card for 159 to upgrade. I opened Wanyue Club and found that my account was already a gold card, but I couldn't upgrade either. I needed to pay more to buy a silver card or make up the 200 difference. The gold card was not officially booked and there was no welcome fruit haha 2. After the pool was cleaned, we called to confirm whether it had been cleaned. It was dark after the water was drained. I entered the pool and soaked for a while before I found that the inner wall of the pool was all gray, and there were very dirty corners... It's hard to comment.
