Without the pressure of sales promotions, we could really appreciate the local food in a relaxed setting. The hotel offers spa and sauna facilities, a gym, washing machines, and dryers. Just a few minutes' walk upriver from the hotel, there are many restaurants, and a post-meal stroll along the river is very pleasant."

The resort is a modern interpretation of Tibetan culture, it is built to inspire harmony between man and nature, with quiet streams flowing throughout the property. Nestled in the Zhongchagou and surrounded with mountains, the guests will enjoy an extremely relaxing stay experience in the rooms with large balcony or panoramic mountain views.
"The room has a long, narrow layout with a sunken sofa that leads directly to the balcony. The walk-in closet is hidden, and the bathroom has a wet/dry separation, though I found the showerhead a bit old-fashioned. The hairdryer is a Laifen. The room key card feels quite premium. Breakfast options were limited and lacked variety; all three of us in my party thought the noodles weren't good. The lobby is quite nice, and the room itself is quiet. The service staff were friendly, and the shuttle service to and from destinations was prompt. The complimentary travel photoshoot was excellent and we were very happy with it."

"The hotel is a 10-15 minute drive from the scenic area, but they offer a shuttle service directly to the entrance, which makes getting around very convenient. The facilities are new, clean, and hygienic. They even have a dedicated makeup mirror. The swimming pool water is changed daily, making it really suitable and hygienic for families with kids. Breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, and the fact that it's served until 11 AM is great. One morning, I wanted to get some milk to take with me on the go, and the hotel staff were very kind and even poured me some yak butter tea instead. They provide three different fruits daily and also offer Coke or Sprite, which is a thoughtful touch for boosting energy at high altitudes. They have postcards available for stamping and also offer recommendations for local attractions and nearby restaurants – we didn't have a single bad experience. The self-service laundry facilities are also well-maintained, and the hotel staff thoughtfully put room numbers on the washed items."

"The staff were very welcoming. When I checked in during the evening, I was offered refreshing honey water, which was a thoughtful touch after a long day of walking. Since it was after the September school term started, there weren't too many tourists. A pleasant surprise was the free room upgrade from the front desk staff – thank you! Breakfast was quite busy around 7 AM, but the food was replenished quickly and tables were cleared efficiently. The food was good, and after eating, you could even pack some items in takeout boxes to bring into the scenic area for lunch. There was a good variety of small breads and cakes, perfect for packing. The hotel offers free luggage storage. After checking out, you can walk to the scenic area by heading left from the parking lot; it's about a ten-minute walk, which is quite convenient. Overall, it was a very comfortable and satisfying experience."

"The butler service here is absolutely five-star! The hotel itself is nestled in the mountains, offering incredibly beautiful views. They have a great selection of activities; I didn't get to try the 20-minute horseback riding due to bad weather, but I did enjoy painting Thangkas and making ******* incense. You can also borrow ******* outfits for photos. There are only about eight or nine rooms in total, all with a fantastic design – no wonder the hotel has won so many national and international design and travel awards. The breakfast included is also excellent. The hotel is a bit far from the scenic spots and other restaurants (about a 15-20 minute drive down the mountain, and 35 minutes to the scenic area entrance). However, the butler can arrange transfers. This place is perfect for a relaxing vacation or if you're driving, but not ideal if you're rushing to see many attractions. I'm already thinking about bringing my child back during a different season!"

"The hotel's ambiance is fantastic. We were given a room with an amazing view upon check-in, and thanks to the front desk's warm hospitality and the beautiful window scenery, we extended our stay for two extra nights (we originally planned to stay closer to the scenic area for convenience). This place is very close to Zhongcha Village, making for a relaxing stroll with a real holiday feel. We had all our dinners at Huasheng Meidi, which was very convenient and saved us from worrying about finding food."

"After a day of exploring Jiuzhaigou, the butler proactively messaged to ask if I needed a foot soak tub, which was incredibly thoughtful. The environment is excellent, and the staff are very warm and proactive. The bedding is comfortable, and the pillows are soft, making for a great sleep. There are no flaws except for the ordinary breakfast. The hot dish selection for breakfast was far too limited. It was mostly filled with staple pastries; it looked like a grand display, but two rows were essentially buns, fried dough sticks, bread, cakes, and various soups and liquids. And among the already sparse hot dishes, two plates were fried noodles and egg fried rice! The noodle station was very average. The beef noodles had a strong spice flavor, and the noodles themselves weren't good. The rice vermicelli was decent, relying on the texture of the vermicelli itself to carry the flavor of the whole bowl. I don't know what breakfasts are like at other hotels in Jiuzhaigou, but among all the hotels I've stayed at during my travels, this one ranks high for environment and service, and last for food. 😂"

"Jiuzhai Paradise Hotel boasts an excellent environment, truly nestled amidst the mountains and forests. Its surrounding natural beauty is incredibly refreshing, which I'd say is its biggest selling point. Given the hotel's age, you can definitely feel a sense of time in the rooms and some of the facilities; they are a bit dated. However, the overall maintenance is good, and the service is excellent, with all the staff being quite enthusiastic. The hotel also organizes various activities, some of which are suitable for children, making it very family-friendly. You can find things to do without even leaving the hotel. My only regret is that the hotel lobby was rebuilt after the earthquake. The current lobby doesn't have the same grand and impressive feel as shown in older pictures, which is a bit of a shame."

"I genuinely recommend this hotel; the experience was incredibly refined. The environment is simply beautiful, with its own small garden where you can take a stroll and enjoy the breeze – it's so relaxing. The facilities are comprehensive; the gym is spotless and all the equipment works. The self-service laundry room has both washers and dryers, so you can wash your clothes right after a day out. The hot spring bath is also very well maintained. The rooms even have a smart voice assistant, which saves a lot of hassle. I particularly want to praise the service; the staff are very enthusiastic, responding quickly if you call out and patiently helping with any needs. Both the soft and hard aspects are top-notch, making for a very comfortable stay."

"The biggest highlight of Banyan Tree is definitely its excellent spa products! Especially the various scents, they greatly alleviate travel fatigue 🥱. I decisively bought a few Thai fragrances from the group. This time, I had a sudden idea to experience the Banyan Tree on the mountaintop in Jiuzhaigou, even though it's not a new hotel. However, the service overall is very much on point. I'd especially like to commend Xiao Yan at the front desk for accurately perceiving guests' preferences regarding their needs – truly commendable. Ms. Wu Lixi, a manager in the front office, was also particularly professional when introducing fragrances. Regarding the F&B section, I want to especially praise Manager Yan at the restaurant. The red wine he recommended was excellent, and the spicy pepper beef stir-fry (diaolong) with it was incredibly delicious. Manager Rao Junqiang was also an exceptionally efficient F&B professional, with incredibly quick responses. As someone who has worked in the hotel industry for many years, I can truly appreciate the heartwarming and attentive service. I wish Banyan Tree continued prosperity 😍"

We stayed at this B&B for three nights during the off-peak season in early February in Jiuzhaigou and were extremely satisfied with their attentive, butler-style service; we truly felt at home. Perhaps because it was the off-season with fewer travelers, the B&B provided dedicated car transfers to and from the scenic area every day. It's less than a fifteen-minute drive from the Jiuzhaigou Visitor Center, and the service was basically on-call. The staff mentioned that the vegetables served in the restaurant were homegrown, and the eggs came from their own chickens. The chef cooked our meals fresh to order every time. During the off-season, we were the only two dining in the entire restaurant. The ingredients were fresh, the cooking was simple, and the food was absolutely delicious! As foodies who love good food, we especially want to commend the B&B's chef 👍. Regarding accommodation, the room had both floor heating and air conditioning. On the first night, the B&B had preset the floor heating to 24 degrees Celsius, which we found a bit too warm. We didn't know how to adjust the temperature, so it remained uncomfortably hot. However, on the second day, the B&B staff lowered the preset temperature, and it was perfectly comfortable for the rest of our stay. The B&B doesn't have a gym or a swimming pool, but after enjoying our meals each day, we could burn off energy in the scenic area, so these facilities didn't seem necessary. The B&B also has ostriches and sika deer, where guests can experience feeding them cabbage through a fence. Additionally, there's a beautiful reading room with many books about Sichuan tourist attractions. Overall, we were extremely satisfied and highly recommend it.

Surrounded by mountains, this hotel boasts breathtaking natural scenery and a tranquil, pleasant environment. The rooms are spacious, airy, and comfortably laid out, making for a very relaxing stay. The hotel's cats are adorable too! 😍 Petting them by the room door was incredibly therapeutic. The evening bonfire party also created a fantastic atmosphere. A special shout-out to staff member A Xing, who was incredibly warm and attentive, providing meticulous service. When we accidentally left personal belongings behind upon checking out, A Xing specifically arranged for someone to deliver them to the foot of the mountain. This thoughtfulness was truly touching. From the environment and rooms to the service, everything was impeccable. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Jiuzhaigou, and I'll definitely be back!

This hotel is absolutely amazing! The location is superb, very close to the Jiuzhaigou scenic area entrance, only 5 kilometers away. When you open the window in the room, you're greeted by a stunning view of rolling mountains and mist, it's truly ethereal. The room itself is decorated in a ******* style, which is very unique and charming. Breakfast was also incredibly rich and delicious. Our butler, Xiao Ban, was fantastic – so warm, attentive, and his service attitude was impeccable. He helped us book VIP tickets for the scenic area and patiently answered all our questions. In the evening, the hotel offers special ******* cuisine, and there's even free late-night snacks, which was such a thoughtful touch! Other restaurants are also not far, just a 5-10 minute walk. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit!

I loved this guesthouse so much I took a lot of pictures. Lu Jing isn't close to the scenic area entrance or the direct shuttle bus stop, but the environment is truly wonderful and it offers a completely different experience from a typical chain hotel. They offer one free pickup (though since I was coming from Huanglong Scenic Area, they could only pick me up at the shuttle drop-off point), and every morning they drop you off at the scenic area entrance. Because it's not near the commercial district, it's very quiet and not crowded. It was perfect for my solo trip. The in-room amenities were top-notch; I slept very comfortably. The bathroom faucets and showerheads were all Kohler, and the room was very clean. The front desk lady even helped me carry my luggage to my room when I checked in, the service was excellent. Next time I come to Jiuzhaigou in the autumn, I'll definitely stay here again!

The whole Wanda Resort Manor is full of volume, and there is a sightseeing bus in the park to connect to the guest room, without carrying luggage for a long journey. The scheduled shuttle bus goes directly to the entrance of Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area, saving the trouble of taking a taxi. At night, the manor is scattered with lights, soak in a soup pool in leisure, and enjoy a relaxing holiday time in the mountains and mountains of the plateau.

The hotel's location is super convenient, really close to the scenic area entrance. The room was clean and tidy, and I loved the Tibetan-style decor – it was quite unique. The lady at the front desk was incredibly helpful; she assisted us with planning our sightseeing routes and even recommended a delicious local yak hotpot. Traveling to Jiuzhaigou, the Indigo Jiuzhaigou was the biggest surprise of our trip. Our butler, Mark, was incredibly friendly, enthusiastic, and responsible. My child absolutely loved this big brother. The hotel's Tibetan-Qiang aesthetic design is sophisticated and timeless, avoiding a forced or clichéd display of ethnic elements. The eagle installation in the lobby and the fire pit area create an amazing ambiance – every photo op turns out beautifully. Check-in was efficient, and the front desk service was thoughtful and attentive, even offering welcome hot tea upon arrival. The guest rooms are spacious and airy, the mattress is comfortable, and the complimentary travel photography also produced great shots. After a day of exploring, we had a very peaceful and restful night's sleep. The breakfast spread was extensive. I highly recommend staying here when visiting Jiuzhaigou; I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit!

So glad we chose this forest hotel; it really added a unique touch to our trip. It's located deep inside Zhongzhagou Valley, which is already stunning. If you're not in a rush to get to Jiuzhaigou, you could easily spend a few extra days here. There's even a hiking trail behind the hotel if you're into that. We were incredibly lucky and spotted wild rabbits on the lawn in the afternoon, evening, and early morning! The hotel also offers dining, and there are ******* restaurants in the village. However, you'll find more options down the mountain, which is only about a fifteen-minute drive away. We had to leave after breakfast to head to Jiuzhaigou, but we definitely could have stayed another day to explore the surrounding scenery.

This hotel is great, and Gesang provided excellent service. She promptly informed us about driving directions and the hotel's location, which was very helpful for those traveling by car. Parking was also convenient. The room was very clean and had a distinct ******* style. The hotel even offers a shuttle service directly to the scenic area entrance, which is super convenient!

This hotel is pretty good overall for a county-level city. It's a solid choice for a one-night stop if you're on a road trip, and they have a Chinese restaurant on-site. The breakfast has a good variety, but they only offer two complimentary breakfasts for families traveling with children.
