"The front desk service was attentive, and they even helped me upgrade my room. The room was spacious with a lovely view. Downstairs is Golden Eagle International, so it's quite convenient for dining, entertainment, and shopping. However, there was a minor flaw: it looked like there were stains on the bathroom floor? It definitely didn't look like a pattern anyway. Everything else was great, I just hope it could be a little more perfect next time."

"The room insulation is excellent, providing great privacy – unlike some hotels where you can hear conversations from next door. The hotel's location is superb, making travel, dining, and entertainment incredibly convenient. It's also within 20 minutes of the high-speed rail station, and there's a commercial complex right downstairs. Even if you want a late-night drink or a snack, there are plenty of shops across the street and to the left. The front desk was very kind and granted my late check-out request. While most hotels offer late check-out until 2 PM, some, perhaps not wanting repeat customers, simply refuse, which is incredibly frustrating. Overall, it's an established five-star hotel with comfortable bedding and a tidy room. It's very close to the shopping district, and Lynne at the front desk provided polite and thoughtful service. My stay was very comfortable!"

"I traveled a long way to Qiandao Lake in autumn and chose to stay at the Sheraton by the lake. My room directly faced the vast expanse of the lake, and as I sat by the window, a refreshing breeze carrying the lake's crisp air wafted in. Along the way, I encountered some minor issues, but thankfully, Nicole, the duty manager, went above and beyond to help. She was sincere and humble, never shied away from problems, and handled everything with thoroughness and care. She showed thoughtful consideration for even the smallest difficulties, which was truly heartwarming."

"The hotel's location is super convenient, right about 100 meters from the subway entrance. The lobby is spacious, and the scent from the air fresheners is lovely. The front desk staff were very friendly and check-in was impressively fast. My room had a large window, and the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, which was really handy. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, I think it's custom to the hotel. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, with both Chinese and Western dishes. All the service staff were very polite, and items were delivered to the room super quickly and courteously. Thumbs up, thumbs up! I'll definitely choose this hotel again if I need to."

"I have to mention how delicious the breakfast was here. The chef at the egg station patiently made me omelets for several days straight, though he seemed a bit serious. The lady at the noodle station was very polite and made excellent noodles. The managers in suits at the breakfast restaurant seemed to work very hard, and the greeter girls at the entrance were also lovely. I especially want to highlight the front desk manager – she worked incredibly hard! She was handling things at the front desk, then moving to the concierge, and then I even saw her clearing plates in the buffet restaurant. I stayed for 4-5 days and found her to be wonderful; she always fulfilled any request I had. Thumbs up!"

"Came to Suzhou Olympic Sports Center with friends to see Stefanie Sun's concert, so we decided to spend the weekend in Zhouzhuang. The Pullman is conveniently located near the scenic area. The service was excellent; not only did we receive welcome drinks, but they also upgraded us to lake view rooms, even though the hotel was fully booked for the weekend! One room was on the third floor and the other on the sixth. My friend and I compared and felt that the lake view from the lower floor was actually better, as the higher floor felt a bit far from the lake. The hotel's parking lot is outdoors, and you can also ask the doorman for valet parking. If you park yourself, there's a shuttle service to take you back to the lobby entrance, both options are very convenient. The room facilities were also great; the TV in this hotel was the only one in the past three months that we've stayed at that could connect to our casting device! Finally, we could watch videos from our phones. For breakfast, you could even get Aozhao noodles at the hot food station!"

"This is my second stay at the Crowne Plaza Kunshan, and it's fantastic! It offers incredible value for money, and the location is excellent. There's a direct corridor from the hotel to Jiufang City, which makes dining and shopping super convenient. The hotel staff are also very welcoming and friendly. I really like the decor style too. All in all, I'll definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Kunshan."

"This hotel was a pleasant surprise and offered excellent value for money! 👍 With the Suzhou culture and tourism subsidy, we paid less than 500 RMB for a family room. 📍 **Location** * Just 3 km from Kunshan Urban Forest Park – perfect for camping, cycling, animal encounters, and kids' activities (both powered and unpowered). * A 7-8 minute walk to Mixc One for all your dining and shopping needs. * Also quite close to Metro Line 11 station. 🏨 **Hotel Facilities** * The front desk thoughtfully provides self-service items like earplugs, band-aids, and disinfectant wipes. * The family room is incredibly detailed, offering a children's toilet seat, bath bags, kids' books, and building blocks. * The room is spacious, the air conditioning is good, and the TV allows screen casting, making it very comfortable overall. * There's a splash pool on the 12th floor, open annually from June 15th to September 15th. We didn't get to experience it this time. 🍜 **Breakfast was a pleasant surprise** * The restaurant isn't huge but never had a queue, and the dining environment was comfortable. * While not a massive selection, there was enough variety for a satisfying meal, especially friendly for those with Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai palates. * Highly recommend the mixed noodles, egg rolls, and beef brisket. * They also had herbal jelly and snacks for the kids. 📝 They even provided welcome snacks + drinks, and gave the kids toys upon check-out. The emotional value was definitely delivered! ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Kunshan, especially for family trips!"
