Famous local attractions Liansha Resort Island, Yuesha Island and Hualian Tourist Resort Ski Area, can all be reached with a short walk. After a long day of sightseeing, guests can retire to the comfort of the hotel. This Dalad Banner hotel provides parking on site. According to our guests, this hotel provides a very high level of service. This hotel is a popular accommodation for guests traveling with families.
"The room was excellent, boasting a 270-degree view. A highlight was the perfectly angled air conditioning that didn't blow directly onto the bed. The TV mount was adjustable, and the balcony was spacious. However, with a 270-degree room, there didn't seem to be a full 'ring' view, so the scenery mainly consisted of other rooms and the outside, which was still quite good. A little tip: choose a room that faces the hotel's main entrance. You can watch the fireworks from the balcony at night, and it's just as good as watching from outside. The service was excellent, with staff being very friendly and patiently answering all our questions. The rooftop bar was great, and they were able to make drinks not on the menu – we ordered 'See You Tomorrow' drinks for both today and tomorrow. Now, for areas of improvement: Upon check-in, no one introduced us to the hotel's various amenities and benefits. In this regard, it falls short of Disney, where they explain everything you can enjoy during your stay. Here, I only found out about ice skating, roller skating, and playing Switch after seeing them. I even had to ask where the restaurants were, though I admit I didn't do my homework beforehand. Also, in the 270-degree room, all six lights could only be fully on or fully off, which is inconvenient. Many families with children stay in these rooms, and it's common for adults to need to pack or get ready while the child sleeps. It would be better if the three lights near the bed could be turned off while the sofa area lights remained on. Furthermore, the second lamp by the bed, designed for aesthetics, was too low; I bumped into it when getting up in the middle of the night (there will be a photo). Finally, considering the significant price difference between room types, and the different colored wristbands (I'm not sure if they indicate length of stay or room type), I suggest further segmenting the privileges. For instance, restaurant seating is truly a scramble, and advantages for things like the Yuesha Island mini-train queue could be granted to certain room types."

"Huge thanks to the incredibly helpful front desk staff who upgraded our room! We were greeted with a fruit platter, and our room had a fantastic view of Wulan Mulun Lake – perfect for watching fireworks and drones. The breakfast spread was excellent, featuring local specialties like milk tea, shaomai, and doumian. The chef even recommended their sour soup for weight loss, so I quickly got a bowl with noodles! The only downsides were the room's poor soundproofing – the upstairs toilet flushing was quite loud at night – and the bathroom drainage wasn't great. I had to use the floor mat to block the bathroom door to prevent water from overflowing."

Coming to Ordos to see a play, I chose this renowned five-star hotel, and I truly felt it was worth the trip. The room was very spacious, and the view outside the window was absolutely beautiful, with a seating area perfect for a short rest. The long table under the TV was also very convenient to use. The yurt-style canopy over the bed immediately gave it a strong sense of ethnic and regional charm. It’s also worth mentioning that they provided welcome fruits and a souvenir gift. The breakfast restaurant is on the 2nd floor and can accommodate many people dining at once, so there's no waiting for a table. Breakfast was incredibly rich and varied, with many Inner Mongolian regional specialties like milk tea and meat shaomai. The taste was authentic, allowing me to enjoy breakfast while also experiencing the unique culture of Inner Mongolia. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit.

The lounge area in the lobby is warm and elegant, with soft sofas, exquisite coffee tables, and green potted plants, providing guests with a comfortable and cozy resting space. Tieniu Hotel's meticulous service is like a shadow. Hotel manager Zhang Xuedong greeted enthusiastically, took the initiative to help carry the luggage, and led to the front desk to check in. Because there were many people checking in at the hotel at that time. Manager Zhang Xuedong quickly entered the front desk to help me check in. Checked in on May 1st and left on the 3rd. The overall environment and room were good, but the breakfast was a real letdown. On May 2nd, I went down at 9 AM, and there was practically nothing left to eat. I asked a staff member, and they said they wouldn't replenish anything. Fair enough, I guess I woke up too late. On the morning of the 3rd, I went down over 20 minutes earlier, and it was a madhouse! First, there were no seats. I was holding my child and stood for almost 20 minutes before a table finally became free. (You have so many private rooms next door; couldn't you be a bit more flexible and open one up for guests to sit down in? No one's going to eat a full meal early in the morning anyway. I think a bit more human-centric thinking would be good.) There were also many other guests with children standing and waiting. Once we finally sat down, I went to get food, and there were no plates, chopsticks, spoons, or bowls left. I personally saw a staff member wiping freshly washed chopsticks with a rag to dry them. I suspect they weren't even put in a sterilizer; just washed, wiped, and used. I'd advise everyone not to book a hotel with breakfast during holidays. Also, can someone please manage your charging stations? Either electric cars are occupying spots without charging, or gasoline cars are taking up the spots. Charging there, trying to get to that exit, really tests your skills. Can't you learn from other hotels and prioritize underground parking? And let's talk about the food delivery robot. My delivery was left at the front desk. I waited for almost 20 minutes, and it wasn't delivered. I had ice cream, so I decided to go down and look for it. (While waiting for the elevator, I ran into a male staff member – big shout-out to him, he was great! He helped me inquire, contacted someone, and even took me down to find it.) When I got to the front desk, there was a huge pile of deliveries waiting to be sent out by the robot. There's only *one* robot for the entire building! It's such a nice hotel, why are you so stingy about getting more?

The waiter ”Liu Yang” who was praised for the breakfast department was because the children wanted to eat Oreo on cream bread when they had breakfast. When they went there, they were all taken. I found the waiter next to it. As a result, they didn’t say anything and went directly to the dormitory to get a pack of Oreo I bought for the child. Zi, I said that he didn't want to pay for scanning the code. It's really warm in my heart, and the child is happy all day, a big praise! This service should add chicken legs! I stayed at this hotel for a short period while preparing for an exam, needing a quiet study environment. I specifically filtered for soundproof rooms on Ctrip. Upon learning about my study needs, Qi Hai (the hotel staff) thoughtfully arranged a room on a secluded floor and instructed housekeeping and other staff to minimize disturbances on that floor. The room had ample natural light, a spacious desk perfect for reading and studying, and excellent soundproofing, meaning I heard almost no outside noise. The room was cleaned daily at a set time, keeping the environment tidy and fresh, and any missing amenities were promptly replenished by Qi Hai. When I needed drinking water late at night while studying, Qi Hai delivered it to my room promptly. The hotel's surroundings are quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of city traffic, and restaurants for all three meals are just a few minutes' walk away. The thoughtful and personalized service, combined with a tranquil and comfortable environment, significantly boosted my study efficiency. My stay was very pleasant, and I would definitely choose to stay here again for any future short-term rentals.

Check-in was attracted by the hotel's landmark temperament, the lobby was atmospheric and the room was exquisite. The bathroom Kohler bathroom is clean and comfortable; the Shuda black diamond mattress is just right and soft, and I have a good sleep. The breakfast in the morning is a plus, rich and fresh, the signature ramen soup is delicious, and it is too enjoyable to eat with the window view. The front desk service was warm and thoughtful, the experience exceeded expectations, and it was highly recommended.

The most satisfactory hotel I have stayed in Dalat Banner so far, the price is right, the facilities are complete, the room is spacious, but the breakfast ends too early, and the service is very good, but it is very stereotyped, with a ”robot” programmable feeling, although there is nothing wrong, but ~ I hope it can be better
