"The room was clean and tidy with a faint, pleasant scent. The bedding was fantastic, and I slept soundly and comfortably. I really appreciated the daily fruit delivery. From the window, I could see the sea and seagulls. Just downstairs was a great photo spot, and it was convenient to get everywhere. The breakfast was generous, making for a very comfortable little getaway."

"The view of the room is very amazing, 270° sea view, wonderful, automatic curtains are opened, and the invincible sea view is in sight. The whole hotel is also like a cruise ship, without waste, you can see the vast sea and watch the ebb and flow. The hotel is unique in temperament and is a very eye-catching place in the entire Rongcheng area. The hotel has a unique sea view, which is necessarily relatively biased, but it is very close to the Bruvis shipwreck and Swan Lake. The train to the beach can also be reached on foot. Hotel service is indeed beyond my imagination. Not excellent in the general sense, but full of sincerity and warmth for your sake. Everyone brings you enthusiasm and patience. So even if I was slightly dissatisfied with the problem of late night, I was finally moved by the hotel's sincerity, smile, and practical service concept, but I felt very sad. Special thanks to the person in charge of the hotel, knowing that we came for the first time, and drove us to see the shipwreck. On the last day, we sent us to the airport on a snowy day, it was really warm and heartwarming like a family! I think we will come to this hotel again. The scenery is beautiful and the service is nice!"

"The location is excellent, very close to the beach and Hanlefang. They also offer free bicycle rentals. The service is warm and friendly, and everyone is dedicated. When we left clothes behind, they immediately contacted us and helped us ship them, which we greatly appreciate. If some details could be improved, it would further enhance its image as a 5-star hotel. For example: the room cleaning wasn't thorough enough (there were dropped invoices and medicine tubes under the bed). The bathtub drain was clogged. The pool didn't have towels or a swimsuit spinner, making it feel more like a public pool than a hotel amenity. There were no instructions for electronic devices like the TV in the room."

"Here's my objective review of this stay. Pros: 1. Upon check-in, a staff member helped me with my luggage from the lobby. 2. My child lost a toy accessory in the room during our stay and we couldn't find it. When checking out, I asked the staff to look for it again when cleaning the room. In the afternoon, the hotel informed me that they had two teams search for it and finally found it. I'm very grateful, and they even helped arrange for it to be sent back to me with payment on delivery. 3. During one of the cleanings, they left two extra bottles of water and a note, indicating they noticed formula milk powder in the room and that more water might be needed for mixing it. 4. The male staff member in a black suit I met in the hallway and the female cleaner I met the next morning greeted me very politely. 5. During breakfast, a very tall manager and other service staff saw me with my young child and proactively offered to cook the noodles longer and even brought them to my table. When I mentioned that the yogurt was gone, they responded and refilled it very quickly. 6. The room has a great view, offering panoramic views of the beach and the pier. Cons: 1. There were no Little Prince children's amenities or daily yogurt, which I had read about in other reviews. 2. The non-smoking floor was a joke. There was always a smell of smoke in the hallway, and there was an ashtray full of cigarette butts on the windowsill in the hallway right in front of our room. After I moved it to the trash bin near the elevator, a few hours later, a plastic box full of cigarette butts had replaced it in the original spot. After I reported this to the hotel, their only response was that the guest across the hall was smoking in the corridor and they had aired it out, with no other action taken. 3. The provided baby bed rail couldn't be fixed securely and was ineffective. At our request and prompting, they brought ropes to tie it down (at the previous hotel we stayed at, the bed rail was already tied and secured before our arrival). 4. During the mid-stay cleaning, they didn't notice clothes dropped on the floor, and the duvet was just folded haphazardly. However, they did proactively drain the water from the bathtub. 5. The hotel room card could open a door leading to the beach, but we weren't informed about this. We only found out from a passerby."

"The hotel breakfast was fantastic, offering both Western and Chinese options. The ingredients were fresh, and everything tasted great, really setting you up for a good day. Overall, it was faultless and excellent value for money. I've already recommended it to friends, and I'll definitely stay here again next time!"

"I loved this resort! I highly recommend staying here for an amazing and relaxing time! The hotel is excellent! It was clean, the staff was super friendly and helpful. The front desk even had a fantastic girl that spoke perfect English. I spent most of my time soaking in the numerous hot springs, and there are at least 20 of them. There is also an indoor pool and hot tubs, and the outdoor pool will be open in May. There was this darling worker who kept the tea coming all the time. I'd ask for a lake view the next time so I could sit in the room and enjoy the view. The restaurant was excellent. The breakfast was also really well stocked. The only thing I would add is yougart. I can overstate what a wonderful experience this weekend was. If you are wanting to go into the city and see the sights, it is a little far, around 75RMB for a DiDi. And the spa, although it was really nice, was on the expensive side. I will be back! 10/10"

"Traveling solo to Weihai, I stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Weihai Weigao and wanted to give a special shout-out to Alisa at the front desk. She made my check-in process efficient and smooth, warmly offering their signature hot cookie which was a lovely touch after a long journey. Knowing I was traveling alone, she thoughtfully planned a seaside walking route for me and recommended some less-known scenic spots. She patiently answered all my questions about luggage storage, taxis, and more. The hotel's location is fantastic, close to Weigao Plaza and Happiness Gate, and the rooms are clean and quiet. Alisa was attentive, friendly, professional, and courteous; her thoughtful service really helped alleviate the unfamiliarity of traveling alone. My stay was incredibly comfortable, and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Weihai."

"This was my first time visiting Weihai, and I chose the Crowne Plaza Weihai Binhai, near Xiaoyao Bay, for easy access to attractions along the eastern route by car. Overall, my stay was excellent. The hotel is new, comfortable, and the service was very attentive. The room had a nice view overlooking Xiaoyao Lake, where I could see people fishing – a very relaxed atmosphere. It's about a 3 km drive to Xiaoyao Bay beach, and parking fees weren't expensive. We even caught a beautiful sunset in the evening. I highly recommend the hotel's indoor pool. It’s clean and comfortable, and besides the standard pool, there are two shallower splash pools, which are great for kids. The pool is connected to the main building by an indoor walkway, so if you enjoy swimming, you can go directly from your room and easily return for a shower and rest afterward. For dining, the breakfast was generally good. When I was hungry in the evening, I tried ordering a pizza from the all-day dining restaurant for room service, and it was surprisingly delicious. We also had two lunches at the Chinese restaurant, and both the noodles and pig trotters were excellent. During our two-night stay, all the staff we encountered were incredibly warm and friendly. A special thank you to Molly, who promptly answered all our questions and handled our requests during check-in, making the entire experience smooth and reassuring."

"I originally planned to stay for just one day, but I hadn't had my fill of Hanlefang's food yet, and this hotel was so good that I spontaneously decided to extend my stay for another day. I even got to experience the Crown Morning Market, which gave me a taste of local life. During the day, we visited tourist spots, and in the evenings, after parking the car back at the hotel, we walked to Hanlefang to try out different eateries. This is what travel is all about! The lobby manager even recommended a great Korean supermarket to check out, which was a nice touch. I'm very satisfied with this hotel and would definitely recommend it."
