It's conveniently located, offering a quiet retreat in a bustling area. The bedding is clean and comfortable, and the lighting and bathroom fixtures are smart and convenient. The overall style is simple. Upon check-in, a butler immediately added me on WeChat to recommend nearby attractions and dining spots. I just forgot to take pictures, so I can only post about the Bell and Drum Tower. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit."

"HUAQING YUTANG Hotel can be considered one of the top hotels in China. Although it doesn't have a star rating, all its facilities and services exceed five-star standards. The service, rooms, dining, and views are all first-class 👏. The costumes, makeup, stage design, and lighting for 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' are incredibly beautiful and exquisite, and the performance is breathtaking❗️ Both the à la carte and buffet breakfast at the hotel are delicious and authentic. The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of items, and most importantly, the quality is very high. My family loved it 😀. In the morning, you can enter Huaqing Palace directly from the hotel before other tourists arrive, making for a leisurely and pleasant visit. After exploring the park, you can head straight to breakfast – a perfect start to the day 😊. The hotel includes hot springs, including carbonic acid springs, which are very comfortable for soaking. There are also hot springs in the room, so you can enjoy a relaxing soak before a good night's sleep, which is very refreshing. Whether it was in the lobby, guest rooms, shuttle bus, restaurant, hot spring SPA, or with the doormen, every staff member we encountered was incredibly thoughtful and polite. They remembered guests, proactively identified our needs, and provided precise service, which deserves high praise 👍. The complimentary small gifts and welcome fruits were not perfunctory; they were all of high quality 👍. The hotel also provides a complimentary 'Jinghong' photo shoot where you can choose three free photos. The makeup, props, and follow-up photography were meticulously done, and the quality was excellent 👍. In summary, I am extremely satisfied. Thank you to every staff member. If I visit Huaqing Palace again, I will definitely choose to stay at HUAQING YUTANG Hotel, and I will recommend it to my friends 🌹🌹🌹."

"After a disappointing experience at our first hotel in Xi'an, we were incredibly relieved to find the Elegant Hotel at the last minute. It completely changed our trip and gave us the perfect ending to our stay in this beautiful city. As a family of five, we booked two double rooms with king-size beds. Both rooms were beautifully designed, spacious, spotless, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. From the moment we walked into the hotel until the moment we checked out, everything felt thoughtfully planned and professionally managed. Every member of the staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and polite. One of the highlights of our stay was enjoying the complimentary afternoon tea and snacks on the hotel's terrace while overlooking the ancient Xi'an City Wall. The atmosphere was peaceful and elegant, making it one of our favorite memories from Xi'an. The location is excellent, with many attractions easily accessible, and the breakfast exceeded our expectations. There was a generous selection of delicious Chinese dishes as well as several Western options, so everyone in our family found something they enjoyed. Our only regret is that we didn't discover this hotel from the beginning of our trip. If we had, we would have spent two wonderful days in Xi'an instead of just one. We wholeheartedly recommend the Elegant Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and memorable stay in Xi'an. If we ever return to Xi'an, there is no doubt where we will stay. We will definitely choose the Elegant Hotel again!"

"Staying at the Four Points by Sheraton Xi'an, Bell Tower was a comfortable experience. The hotel is conveniently located near Xi'an Bell Tower, within walking distance of attractions like the Bell and Drum Towers and the Muslim Quarter. Plus, the subway is right outside, making getting around very easy. I'd like to commend LUCKY for their excellent service, effective communication, and helpful travel tips. This is a great option for anyone visiting Xi'an."

"As a long-standing five-star hotel, its location is absolutely superb. You step right out onto Longshouyuan Station of Metro Line 2, and you truly appreciate this convenience when you're dragging your tired self back from a day out. Secondly, their service philosophy is excellent. On our first day, we arrived at 2 PM, and our room wasn't quite ready. The lobby staff, seeing us with our whole family, immediately arranged for five executive lounge afternoon teas, giving us a place to rest and recharge. The family room is incredibly spacious, so at night, two families could easily gather for dinner without feeling cramped at all. The daily housekeeping was also prompt and meticulous. The pool is quite child-friendly and good for beginners, staying open until 10 PM, which provides plenty of time. The hotel is close to a supermarket and Daming Palace National Heritage Park, making it incredibly good value for money during peak season. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Xi'an."

"The bedding was incredibly comfortable. Being right next to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and the Grand Tang Everbright City is super convenient. The Qujiang Art Museum downstairs is definitely worth a visit. It's also very close to the Tang Paradise, and getting around by car is easy. Across the street is Joy City, which is great for dining and shopping. The musical fountain at the Big Wild Goose Pagoda is nice too. Downstairs from the hotel, there's a 7-Eleven and a Starbucks, and the Everbright City and the area around the Pagoda are full of various snacks."

"Before leaving Xi'an, I stayed here again. The experience was excellent, and the service was consistently great. It's clear the hotel is very meticulous in its management, staff quality, and appearance. The professionalism and demeanor of the front desk staff were exceptional. As mentioned yesterday, the room offers a standard five-star experience, surpassing many brands. The hotel promotes eco-friendly practices, such as not using plastic trash bags in guest rooms, which is fantastic. On that note, I have a small suggestion: it would be great if the bathroom could provide two small sanitary bags, which would be convenient for women during their special period and also make cleaning easier for housekeeping. Additionally, perhaps the housekeeping department could stock memory foam pillows with good support as an alternative option for guests."

"The hotel's environment, service, and hygiene were all excellent. I especially want to thank the front desk staff and manager. Due to a companion being unable to stay, we needed to cancel a room, and then I accidentally canceled the wrong room type while fumbling with my phone. I couldn't modify it on Ctrip, but they helped me resolve it promptly by upgrading our room type for free and adding complimentary breakfast. They truly solved all our problems, and I'm very grateful."

Public transport, both buses and subways, are right outside, making it incredibly convenient for catching trains, exploring the city walls, or visiting the Bell Tower. If you're driving, there's ample free parking too! Excellent 👍 The hotel's interior is grand and elegant, and the guest room cleanliness is impeccable; even the corners are spotless. The bathroom's wet and dry separation design is very thoughtful. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and once you close the windows, all the city noise is blocked out, ensuring a sound night's sleep. From the front desk to the room service staff, everyone is polite and efficient, and they even proactively offer touring route suggestions. The breakfast offers a rich variety of choices, including authentic Xi'an local snacks. I've already saved this hotel and will definitely stay here again next time! Thumbs up! 👍"
