Its overall quality far exceeded my expectations, truly going beyond imagination. 1️⃣ Design Style The hotel's design closely mirrors high-end onsen ryokans like Kyukamura and Hoshino Resorts, embracing a light luxury, minimalist, yet grand aesthetic. The sense of space is remarkable, blending modern elements with a relaxed, Japanese resort ambiance. 2️⃣ Attention to Detail The hotel's meticulous attention to detail is truly impressive: hidden TVs, smart home controls throughout, and a private, temperature-controlled, auto-filling hot spring tub on the balcony are all incredibly practical. The mattresses and bedding are from premium brands, and even the restaurant uses WMF cutlery. These details show that the hotel isn't just focused on appearances; it's genuinely committed to perfecting its offerings. 3️⃣ Hospitality and Experience The overall operation demonstrates a sophisticated approach to hospitality. The hotel covers the taxi fare between the JR station and the hotel, and the mini-bar in the room is entirely complimentary. While these are small touches, they highlight the hotel's dedication to enhancing the guest experience. 4️⃣ Dining Experience Breakfast follows a refined Kaiseki-style with a French rhythm, served course by course, with the entire meal lasting nearly an hour. The dishes are few but of excellent quality, truly a 'small but exquisite' culinary journey. 5️⃣ Service Experience While Japanese hotels generally offer good service, this one particularly touched me. Nightly turndown service, the staff's consistent smiles, the omelet chef at breakfast proactively delivering dishes to our table, and the patient and detailed assistance from a Chinese-speaking front desk employee all made the entire stay incredibly warm and pleasant. 6️⃣ Location and View The hotel boasts a convenient location with an almost unobstructed, front-row ocean view. The most enjoyable moments were soaking in the private hot spring on the balcony, gazing out at the sea – truly a quintessential vacation feeling. Overall, this is a high-end hotel that strikes an excellent balance in design, service, views, and quality. The experience is almost flawless. "This place claims to be associated with Fufu, but it feels quite different from many aspects of Fufu. Anyway, the discount vouchers issued here can't be used. There are only four rooms here, and all meals (breakfast/dinner) and activities take place in the Lounge. Downstairs is the hot spring bath, which requires advance booking. There aren't many staff, but their attitude is good, and the food and drinks provided are decent. The internet is good, and the bed and pillows are comfortable. However, the facilities are a bit dated. What's somewhat amusing is that despite all my questions before arrival, nothing was done according to the answers once I got here. It's as if they have no interest in providing better service, beyond perhaps prying into personal information."

"Location: Not on the main Atami beach, a bit further east. The lobby is on the 6th floor, and getting to the beach requires walking uphill. Room: Spacious and comfortable, with a slightly obstructed sea view due to a road in front. Hot Spring: The onsen experience was good, and the facilities were clean. The downside is that the open-air bath (rotenburo) and the main public bath (daikyu-jo) are separate and not directly accessible from one another; reservations are also required in advance. The private baths (kashikiri-furo) were constantly fully booked during Golden Week. I really enjoyed the late-night noodles and the massage chairs, though they were in the same area and the smell was quite strong."

"This newly renovated hotel in 2024 has a great mountain view. It costs about 1,400 yen to take a taxi from Atami Station. There are many highlights of the stay experience: the panoramic view is amazing, free drinks are available, and the tea rice for breakfast is my favorite. However, when dining, I found that the olive oil had expired for four months, which is really inconsistent with the hotel's positioning. Although it was replaced in time after feedback, such omissions still make people doubt the quality control of high-end services."

"The views from this hotel are absolutely stunning. The front desk area and lounge are spacious, with large windows offering panoramic ocean views – truly spectacular. The public bath facilities, including both indoor and semi-open-air baths, also boast magnificent views. Towels and amenities are provided. The rooms are spacious, allowing for a comfortable and relaxing stay. While the hotel shows its age a bit, it's very clean. We had two large beds pushed together, which was perfect for our family of three to sleep comfortably. The front desk can arrange for bottle sterilizer sets and cribs upon request. For meals, we had both dinner and breakfast from the buffet this time. There was a wide selection of dishes, and we were happy with the price. Overall, I thought the service was good, but it didn't quite feel like great value for the price. This might be because our child is only 0 years old, so we couldn't fully enjoy all the activities. I imagine it would be a much better stay once our child is older and we can take full advantage of the activities."

"Very satisfied with a stay experience, the room was very large, clean and comfortable. All balconies face the sea and bring 𠕇 private hot spring baths. Our family of five booked three rooms on two websites. The hotel contacted us in advance to learn about the height of the guests (with suitable bathrobes) and eating habits, specially for the cooked food that is not eaten raw. Dinner and breakfast are very delicious and the ingredients are fresh. The menu for two days has changed. The fish has lobster, sweet shrimp and various local season fresh fish and salmon. The cows are also fried in place, suitable for your requirements! The rooms are modern and simple and combine the style of traditional Japanese-style hotels. We have two Japanese-style rooms and one Western-style rooms, which are quite satisfactory to each other.  Lounge on the eighth floor, facing the sea to taste cold, hot coffee and green tea, Japanese snacks and fruits, but also can be soaked in the feet from the balcony, you can get a good rest without the shop! The seventh floor has a good view and complete outdoor style... All the staff of the hotel are very warm, courteous and very professional! This is the most satisfying hotel for our family's vacation in Japan. We feel 100 points of the hotel and meet again next year!"
