"Honestly, its location is excellent and close to the Haram, which is what makes it special. However, unfortunately, it hasn't been renovated since it opened in 2006. 🥲 I've stayed there several times with my family, but the carpets, furniture, bathrooms, and paint haven't been changed. And sadly, the menu hasn't been updated or improved. The food quality is poor, and their prices are always high. Even the buffet for lunch and dinner has better equipment than other hotels 🏨 with lower prices. As for the reception, I think the staff needs more training because there are always issues with payment when checking out, and also after the minibar inspection."

One of the most outstanding features of this hotel, especially if you choose the Gold stay option, is the private prayer area overlooking the Kaaba. This is truly a remarkable privilege, as it allows you to perform all your prayers in a peaceful atmosphere away from the crowds. In addition, there is a private entrance and dedicated elevators that take you directly to the Haram, which adds an exceptional level of convenience and comfort to the entire experience. 4. The afternoon lounge was also excellent, both in terms of atmosphere and service.
