Best place to stay in Jamaica. The service and good exceptional. Great staff that’s friendly and professional. This was my best anniversary ever. Thanks to the great staff at Hyatt Ziva. I appreciate all of you so much. Much love and respect.

It is a beautiful property. Food options are great, staff are friendly. We had a hiccup upon check in. The general manager & his staff did a great job in the recovery. We were quite impressed how General Manager was involved in follow ups on the rest of the stays while we were there. Things happen, what really matters the most how they handle the challenge. We enjoyed the stay and highly recommend the property.

The resort area is quite and comforts. The swim pool are a little small, the private beach area are small size too.

The hospitality was perfect. Every staff member was absolutely friendly and courteous. Me and my husband loved every minute of our stay. We did not want to go back home. Each meal was excellent. The hotel was clean. The party was so much fun. It was a safe environment. All of the staff members should get a substantial raise because they were truly extremely warm.

Beautiful location, friendly attentive staff, the gym is terrific. The restaurants are hit or miss like most all-inclusives, but overall the experience was great. Would recommend.

The hotel is average for the money. The AC is not working properly, we made 5 calls at the reception to come fix the AC and nobody stopped by. After a lot of drama we got moved into another room. Service a d staff were great though. The beach area is very small. I would not return to this resort!

Lack of sound proofing makes it difficult to relax in the evening. Especially if you have an ocean view room. The evening entertainment is directly opposite and with one of the best outdoor PA systems I’ve ever heard the room is quite noisy until 11pm. Apart from that very nice hotel.
