Rooms: Clean, Spacious, Ocean view rooms were perfect.
Hotel: Clean and up to date.
Pools: Clean, spacious, plenty of lounging areas
Plenty to do around the resort.

This resort has a fabulous water park and a decent beach which we thoroughly enjoyed. The hotel itself was disappointing. The rooms while clean are like any hotel room along an American Interstate. The buffet room was gloomy and depressing and felt like an office cafeteria. Also one of the two elevators in our wing wasn’t working for the entire 10 days.
On the positive side the water park and pools were great and fabulous for families with young children. Food was abundant.

The water in the shower was fine the first day. All other days the water was scalding hot, too hot to use.

This has been one of the best Resorts I’ve ever stayed at. Staff was so friendly & professional. Anything you needed they would help you to the best of their abilities. I will definitely be returning to this resort again. The food was amazing and had many options to offer for excursions to cater to tourists.

we had an issue with people being very noisy and it woke us up in the middle of the night. Very upsetting. The hotel was great and took care of us.

First trip to Jamaica and we felt lucky to have discovered the Hilton Rose Hall, all-inclusive! The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, the property was large and had plenty of dining options and activities.
We will definitely return!

The property was very clean. The room was very nice and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable . The linen was clean and crisp. The bathroom was comfortable as well with a spacious shower.

Did not like that reservations were needed at restaurants and additional charges applied. I was never able to reach front desk by phone and always had to stop by front desk to make my requests. All requests were fulfilled within 45 minutes which was acceptable to our needs.
