Εκτός φυσικά αν είστε διατεθειμένοι να δείτε τη βρωμιά να βγαίνει και δεν είστε αλλεργικοί στη σκόνη. Συνολικά τα κρεβάτια είναι καλά και άνετα και προσφέρουν έναν καλό ύπνο αν μπορείτε να φτάσετε στο δωμάτιό σας, καθώς και οι δύο ανελκυστήρες είναι χαλασμένοι. Δεν νομίζω ότι θα επιστρέψω

The room as usual was absolutely fine. The staff were really good but the food on the evening was awful. Small menu which is fine but chef microwave for all my food left me feeling robbed as I was on a meal deal. You are also well away from other pubs and restaurants, so a captive audience. Won’t stay again unless I have to

The thing about this stay was the staff. They were friendly efficient and very very helpful. Claudia and Manny helped me with my dietary issues they were very attentive all through the stay. Debbie worked so hard on breakfast duty she was on her own and under pressure but efficient and friendly all the time Christina too. The chef was very attentive with my allergies changed my knife and fork. Did everything in kitchen to ensure I had no problems. Excellent excellent excellent. Bed comfortable

The hotel itself is a typical Premier Inn. The rooms were quite clean and reasonably spacious with the normal coffee/tea making facilities which, while not great, serve their purpose admirably. The staff are friendly enough too. However, the restaurant is so poor it's quite farcical. During my stay they only had a 'limited menu' which was clearly just a rehashing of the same sad ingredients in a slightly different pattern. 'Nachos' were literally a pile of crisps on a plate (nominally for £4+) while the mains were both tiny, bland and served lukewarm. Mercifully, I was only staying for one night but, like the food, the experience has left a bad taste.

Holiday to Stevenage, overall it was a very goodplace to stay, easy walking didtance to town centre and public transport

This was a simply excellent experience. Value for money was superb for two triple rooms as we were travelling as a group of six. The dinning experience was carefully managed by hotel, food was of an excellent quality and breakfast was completely customised to each individual's needs. Rooms clean and comfortable. Close to centre of town, but nicely placed just off the main roads. However, staff were simply superb from the Manager to all members of staff. Friendly, accommodating and helpful.

Not a great example of a Premier Inn. Chap on reception upon arrival was aloof and pretty uninterested in being helpful so that was disappointing. Rest of staff were more customer focused and friendly but he was not! Rooms were fine , clearly an older hotel but clean and comfortable. Hotel was rammed with junior football teams on tour and i found that a challenge as the kids were tearing around the place (parent's fault not hotrl) but this impacted our experience. Breakfast was dreadful. Cooked to order but was truly terrible. All other Premier Inns have been brilliant but this was poor and over cooked, not particularly hot (probably because of volume of guests). Doubt I'll use this one again despite visiting this area regularly.

I've used this hotel for years and it has some enduring strengths: good location with easy access to the A1M and Stevenage Railway station free car parking slightly better than the average rooms for a premier inn and with reasonably effective aircon that isnt deafening Check in was swift and efficient and in general the staff were fine. Breakfast however was absolutely hopeless. This was a 2 night stay with different teams doing breakfast each day; same chaotic and shambolic experience though: bakery "selection" without pancakes, pastries, croissants and very little bread. On the Sunday ran out of most jams Saturday cooked breakfast ordered reasonably quickly but not much selection and took an age to arrive. Sunday took 20 minutes to order a cooked breakfast which took a further 25 minutes to serve; then arrived with 1 item of food carbonised to the point it was tricky to cut. It wouldnt have been so appalling if I'd actually got what I ordered but I didnt on either day. And this was the same for the other guests we ate with. Cereals & yogurt were ok but the cornflakes was 60% dust and really needed cleaned out Dirty cutlery & crockery. To some extent I expect this so always check but this was particularly bad and on both days Juice selection limited on both days and what there was was served warm Coffee machine on the blink both days and no cups on the Saturday I'm not quite at the point where I wouldnt again use this hotel; its strengths are what they are. But I wouldnt necessarily take breakfast here. Overall I've rated the service as average as the competent check in and general service were fine; but breafast was shocking.

It’s a quiet place to stay and is centrally located so access to everything is easy but the hotel is let down by the staff at breakfast who clearly are suffering some sort of trauma and therefore walk about in a zombie apocalypse state. Not very professional and polite! The hotel is still worth considering as it’s clean and quiet.
