I stay here whenever I travel to Steyr! The rooms are charming and clean, the owner and the staff are very hospitable and helpful. I enjoy the free breakfast and the location is within walking distance for many attractions in the town center and environs. I highly recommend this guest house.

I stayed in this hotel for almost one year, so it's like my second home. The location is perfect, very friendly staff, great rooms, realy good food and being a family business, the owner is a very kind and nice person... I highly recommend this hotel for everyone who visits the beautiful Steyr! Enjoy your stay....

We stayed at this Gasthof because we were visiting Linz and waited too long to book. I'm happy we discovered this location - the countryside is beautiful and the overnighting was convenient and comfortable. The breakfast was definitely the best part :) The room was clean and comfortable, no complaints about the service. We did notice a bit of commuter traffic on the weekday morning, but it was not bad. If you can ask for a room near the back, you might not notice at all. Again, no complaints. There is a nice courtyard to sit and enjoy the sunshine and a drink. We didn't use the restaurant/bar in the evening, but it may have been closed due to Covid-19. We were out enjoying the evenings in Linz and local areas after a bike ride along the Donau. We were on the 3rd floor, it didn't bother us to climb the stairs. This would be a great jump off point to visit the mountains in the south. I would return to the Gasthof if I were in the area.

Habitación sencilla pero amplia. Ventilador del baño muy ruidoso. El hotel es tranquilo sin ruido del exterior. El desayuno es abundante pero con poca variedad. Personal del desayuno agradable. El hotel se encuentra a 20 minutos a pie del centro siguiendo un bonito camino

Amabilidad con los huespedes, comida excelente y variada, comodidad en la habitacion y en todo el hotel, una gran experiencia en medio de un viaje. Muy recomendable!!. Seguro elegire como lugar para pernoctar y pasar una agradable estadia

Kennen Sie von früher als gute Küche - waren jetzt 2 x Mittagessen - leider beide male schlechte Erfahrung - Hauptspeisen sicher nicht frisch gemacht, sondern vorgekocht und schlecht aufgewärmt - wir kommen sicher nicht mehr essen - schade …

Alles Top. Sehr freundliches Personal,besonders die Chefin Martina,Essen sehr gut und anständige Portionen, Zimmer sauber. Ich nächtige schon seit ca. 20 Jahren geschäftlich hier und wurde noch nie enttäuscht.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt im Gasthof bei Martina Pöchhacker. Sie ist eine herzliche Gastgeberin mit Leib und Seele. Trotz der Corona-Bedingungen wurden wir angenehm willkommen geheißen und hatten kaum Einschränkungen. Zu Fuß gingen wir nur 20 min in die Steyr-Innenstadt. Wir kommen im Frühling zu einer Silberhochzeit sicher wieder.
