Terrible!!!! i was unable to reach the hotel because of extraordinary circonstances and the hotel refused to refund me the cost of it. Even I applied for the cancellation earlier. That is an hotel to avoid!!!!

The bed was comfortable and seemed clean although the bedding was ripped. The room itself was not clean, damp/mould was evident and a large build-up of dust. The bathroom in particular was not hygienic, mould around the shower and stains on the toilet. After check-in there was no staff available at reception the twice I went to report issues.

The premier plus room was not up to standard. The bed and main room was lovely however the bathroom had a few issues that had not been fixed by the hotel. The shower screen was broke and mould build up caused later to leak to the floor and cause damage to the bath panel

I had room 20 which was an accessible room which my sister booker for me not knowing what this meant and was the only room available the bedroom was clean, bed very very comfy ! A bulb out in the ceiling, the lamp on the table not working but the rest of lighting was fine, bathroom as a disabled bathroom was clean BUT needed attention, toilet area sealant coming way, around the disabled seat for the shower all rusty, grouting needs re done and around the disabled bit at the shower all rusty looking, I am surprise that housekeeping has not mentioned this to management or have done but just not been sorted yet ? shower needs a better shower head on it, as much as it was a nice hot shower it needs a better head, apart from general wear and tear i would give the room 8/10 and breakfast 8/10, would I stay there again for price and comfort ? I would, any place can have wear and tear issues but main thing was it was CLEAN ! and smelt CLEAN

Very good hotel in the centre of Stirling. We stayed here as a family of three and the 3rd bed was made up for our son. The breakfast was fairly modest compared to other similarly priced hotels, quite limited choice for the prisce they ask per person.

Enjoyed the free parking and the location of the hotel. Had a great night sleep after exploring Stirling for the day and night. Highly recommend the hotel, just the rooms needed more of a deeper clean, as there was quite a lot of marks on most of the walls. The bedding or furniture was fine, and that's not an issue. The only reason it's not a 5 star is because of the sheer quantity of marks and stains. Other than that, it was spot on and would recommend

Easy. Right by the rail station. Away from City Centre madness. And very nice staff, from the restaurant to the front desk to housekeeping. Not my first stay here, and I hope to be back soon. Take a stroll by the Riverside, to become human again. Pro tip - Toast, one of the most popular little cafes in town, is right across the road.

What a difference a few months can make. We stayed here in June of this year and it was excellent. Returned and what a change. Had a problem connecting to the WiFi, asked at reception to be told they were having problems, they had called an engineer. Nothing said when we booked in. The Beefeater adjacent to the hotel has been taken over by Premier Inn and is a shambles. Very few draught beers on offer, no Guinness or cider. We waited nearly 50 minutes for our food to arrive whilst most of the patrons who ordered after us had eaten and left. When the food arrived my wife's gluten free order had a chunk of garlic bread on the plate. Food was, at best warm. Staff work so hard and were very good but they were let down by Premier Inn.

Not as comfortable a bed as usually get at premier inn but pillows always good. The bathroom needs a bit of TLC, quite a lot of mould around the trims. As we were on the ground floor overlooking the car park and the passage way from parking to reception we could have done with a lighter curtain so we could have daylight but also some privacy from people passing by. But the heavy duty curtains were excellent for blocking out the lights from the carpark.
