Not a 8.4 as advertised, its a. Upgraded Motel 6! It was noisy, floors were coming up, not very nice overall.

Convenient location but a bit noisy…late eve…children crying but were quiet in the night. Manager was extremely apologetic…not their fault…

Convenient, clean, and with all the cameras a safe place in Stockton. In the summer the pool is nice. Good size fridge with freezer. Towels are not the best, but I don’t care. Would be nice if the provided tissues, but we always have some. And the soap is tiny and no conditioner. But those are small things. Overall a decent place to stay with friendly staff. We travel from Wa. to SoCal several times a year and have stayed here at least 6 times now. Will stay again.

Didn't see the restaurant or bar mentioned in the amenities. Ice machine was down due to earlier power outage. Otherwise place is great!

Hair was all over the sheets with a dirty floor. Sticky stuff on the floor by the beds. Not a good experience.

Rooms are large, but very noisy from road as if the windows were open, the shower floor gets very wet. We will likely not stay again.

Check in was friendly, the building is old and 3 story, not the building depicted on the website, and not a “water front”, not even close, very noisy as if the windows were open, the shower leaks so the floor is wet and there is silicone slept around around the bottom of the shower door, just a sloppy repair job. Just not a place I will stay again.
