Very unprofessional, rude and uncooperative staff. We booked our room online from their website to spend Christmas there. And almost a month before our visit, we called them by phone to change the credit card details (since their website is so outdated it does not allow to do so!), and the person who answered confirmed that all is good and the details will be updated. However, few hours before our arrival (on the same day of our plane flight) we were surprised they cancelled the booking! And we found out they used the details of the older card (which we already updated by phone and they confirmed!!) and they didn't use the new one. We called them to complain that they should have done the transaction using the updated credit card, but the person who answered was the rudest and most unprofessional person ever! She said it's not their problem, didn't even listen when we explained that we already gave them the updated payment details a MONTH earlier, and finally hung up the phone... We called more than once, but unfortunately the same rude person kept answering, refusing to refer us to her superior, and finally she blocked our phone number so that we can't call. Imagine all this happening on the day of our flight, having nowhere to stay few hours before our arrival! We had to book another hotel in Strasbourg during Christmas few hours before the arrival, so imagine it's price..! We sent an official email to complain about this matter after we arrived, but their reply was beyond unprofessionalism (we do have references for our email, their reply, and even our phone calls). Definitely I would never recommend the hotel, it's location is great but the people working there are the worst. I don't understand how can they host tourists with these manners...
