The hotel rooms were highly congested, hardly any space in wash room to move. Lock not working in wash room, tv cable not working, no room service, no response from reception despite having made more than 10 calls for hot water in bathroom. I requested makemytrip to cancel my booking on first day itself, but the executive who spoke with me on 16. 6. 24 morning told me that he will come back in 5 minutes, but never turned up! overall, both stay in hotel and assistance from makemytrip was a very bad. I regret having booked a hotel through makemytrip

Jinu, very excellent service has provided for us in this houseboat trip. He guided us in every aspect where we can explore the place. Because of him we made this trip so joyful n memorable.

Hotel was excellent. Loved the stay. I always prefer mintotel at wayanad. Thomas was very friendly and communicative.

Rooms are good but not staffs, they don’t know how to deal with customers. Staff have attitude more and entrance roads very very very very bad.

I thoroughly enjoyed my 3-day stay with my spouse at this mintotel in wayanad. Its proximity to tourist spots, excellent nearby restaurants, and the delightful ambiance made our experience truly memorable.

Rooms are clean and maintain very well. Only concern is room service. If we call room service no it get picked out 1 out 5

We booked two rooms thru my biz. But the receptionist gave us a cheaper and smaller room. When asked he replied like innocent and said he mistakenly took a wrong key. But it was not innocent error since i called and informed the receptionist that we booked room and we will arrive by 7pm. I called since i have bad experience in my last stay in same hotel. Another issue is that road access is terrible
