Great property. No air conditioner at night. Called in the middle of the night. Changed the room at 2 am. Called the front desk to tell him the room Was still without air and very hot.
We were told that in winter there is no AC. The front desk lady was very nice.
Paid for breakfast. Nothing was left at 9:30 on Sunday. No fruit no turkey. Asked for no bacon but got the egg with bacon after waiting for 30 minutes. Potatoes were overcooked. Taste like burnt.
It was a special trip but ruined. Couldn't sleep at night. They extended us in the morning but we have to leave.

Pet friendly 5 stars! For us traveling with a new puppy 🐶 being on the first floor and near the door closest to the grass area was amazing! Reasonable pet fee and great hotel!

We ran out of toilet paper, tissues, towels. The pool wasn’t very clean, and it was very slippery around the pool making my kids slip and fall multiple times. We got locked out of our room because our keys stoped working and the fire alarm went off at 6:30 in the morning. Overall it wasn’t a good experience.

The rooms were very clean. The toast to toast restaurant in the hotel was such a wonderful surprise. It was such great tasting food. The gal that worked there this past Wednesday night was awesome and very cheery.

OMG! This place must be brand new! It’s beautiful inside and the staff is welcoming and gracious. This place is SO QUIET. We spent the last two nights in N WI at a Comfort Inn and the place was incredibly noisy and had paper thin ceilings… horrible. So when we got here (Erie PA, I-90), I felt like I was in Heaven. A bonus is breakfast and small casual dinners are available. 5 Stars for sure. 👏👏👏

The hotel seems new and is very clean. The bathroom was amazing and the beds were so comfortable we slept great after a long drive. Being able to order food late was great, and breakfast was the best I’ve had at a hotel in a long time. But it was the people that really made it. Morgan was fantastic and we hope to see her and the others again in future travels.
