Hyatt Place Sumter/Downtown

Very clean. The breakfast is delicious. The staff is very friendly. A great place to stay in Sumter.

Such nice people and our room was amazing. Wheelchair accessible, lots of space to get around. Housekeeping never came during our stay so we had to request coffee and wash clothes, which were delivered but the room was never cleaned while we were there. However, we will definitely stay here again.

Nice stay. Not stellar, but great location in the Historic District on Main Street. There is an Opera house across the street, (was not opened the weekend we were there) a brewery, and a local bar, but really nothing more !!

Brand new and clean . Enjoyed the gym and breakfast was excellent, not the usual stuff. Will stay here again.

It was decent, I expected it to be a little better. My door was “dead”. My keys wouldn’t work, I got locked out of my room twice and the front desk would have to come and charge my door… I never knew that was a thing. I had a view of Main Street which was cool.

Cheryl and her team make the stay very special. The friendliness of the staff, the fresh breakfast and responsive house team are always amazing. Came on a recommendation and will continue to when visiting.

Everything was great with one exception…the room door slams loudly. Other than that the staff is great, breakfast is decent, the room is as clean as hotels generally are, and the location was great.
