We are regulars at Cascades. The hotel is near any activities we like to attend and restaurants to dine at. Family room is specious. Good soundproofing. Only one exception: rooms above the Luna bar might not suit guests who going to bed 20:00. The noise from the bar's terrace continues till 23:00 or longer on weekend nights. Bedding is excellent. Bathroom has shower and bathtub. Very nice decor. Breakfast restaurant has a dissent variety of choices. Pastries are of a very good quality. The hotel staff and its manager Daniel are so professional and work miles to accommodate your requests. Thank you agin. we will be back!

The room is not big and the bed is small. If you have booked on trips, you'd better confirm that the travel agency agent booked the room you want. Then the mattress collapsed and I slept very tired. Bathroom: toilet and shower The bathtub is very small, the hot and cold water is not well adjusted, and the bathrobe is too old. Restaurant: Buffet in the morning and in the evening. There are not many things to accept in the morning. You can sit outside and face the swimming pool to feed the birds. They like to eat grapes. The quality of the buffet at night is very poor and it is not recommended to eat. You can go to the grill room next to you to eat, remember to make an appointment, that location is great for taking pictures, bonfire + dinner. Travel: The hotel has a fixed number of buses to pick you up to the area you want to go to the resort. If you drive by yourself, you can only park your car at the hotel. There is basically no parking space outside and you cannot drive in the park by yourself. Summary: If you come to Sun City, South Africa, this hotel is worth staying, and it is worthy of the 5-star feeling. But don't be too demanding about the food. The overall score is 7.8, which is one of the must-see items when you come to South Africa.

Disappointing service and standards. The standard at sun city dropped significantly for the price you pay. Compared to the old Sun city the money you paid was worth every cent. We stayed at the cabana. The room was not ready at 2pm check in time. So we were given another room. The tv was not working The toilet door has a loud squeek when you open and close. The toilet and shower were not properly cleaned meaning that the grout on the floor tiles was dirty and the shower has mold in the grout. Before I booked in at suncity I stay at magaliespark and from there drove straight to suncity so seeing the cleanliness of the suncity bathroom just put me off as magaliespark was absolutely clean. The breakfast that is served at sun city is so low budget compared to how it was previously. It's just not worth paying that money for a stay.

There is free parking, rooms are relatively small, breakfast is ok, the surroundings of the hotel are beautiful, and there are some facilities for children to play. It is suitable for families with children.

Our recent 5-day family getaway at Bakubung Bush Lodge was an absolute dream. The lodge provided the perfect blend of tranquility and adventure. We were fortunate enough to spot various wildlife, including elephants, giraffes, and zebras. The knowledgeable guides made the experience even more enjoyable with their fascinating insights. The lodge itself was beautifully maintained, with comfortable accommodations and a relaxing ambiance. We loved spending our evenings by the pool, enjoying the breathtaking views and the peaceful sounds of nature. Overall, our experience at Bakubung Bush Lodge was truly unforgettable. The combination of exceptional service, stunning scenery, and wildlife encounters made it the perfect family vacation. We would highly recommend this lodge to anyone seeking a peaceful and relaxing getaway.

I had a single room self catering. Unfortunately, the adjacent bedroom wall to my unit is porous. You hear everything from the bedroom next door. I had smokers next door and the smoker's cough is disturbing. Lack of sleep each night for me. In addition, big red signs saying no smoking on the Patio's, but the guests disregarded that. you couldn't sit and enjoy a barbeque on the patios because of their smoking. I've been there before, but after this experience, never again. Not relaxing at all this visit. You can't sit outside and enjoy the animals because of guests disregarding rules and smoking on patios. The establishment has no proper management of that. Making the stay an unpleasant one.

Very slow sluggish check-in, wifi does not work half the time very slow, and the light goes off every so often and the AC has to reset should woke me up all night long. Location is very nice but everything else needs mayor improvement, I do see the owners and everything work hard but they are definitely missing the bigger picture.
