Lage top , Hotel ein wenig veraltet aber trotzdem noch gut... Am besten die Zimmer in der ersten Etagen buchen, es gibt nur 2-3 Fahrstühle, man wartet echt lange auf den Fahrstuhl .

I loved this hotel.Every year I come with my family few times . Recommended!Food is good, .what I like is that there is a variety of vegan food and I don't have to eat only fries.Animation for children also is nice.Every day clean our room .

We were accomodated with two small kids in 5* hotel for 12 days.I can say it was not cheap vacation (several thousand €). -5 days did nobody clean rubisch from the room. So we had put it in front of the door. -the hygiene of the bathroom, bathtub, sink, door and toilet was in bad condition = immediately after our arrival at the hotel. I solved these things with the photos, free of charge, with the reception, but nobody did anything about it all the time. -nobody took care of towels, bed linen and vacuuming for 5 days (there was a sandy beach, so the room on the ground where the children played was full of sand) -there were animators accommodated next to our room and every second night they had a party until 10:00 p.m., of course I also dealt with it at the reception, but to no avail (you can imagine how difficult it was for 2 small children) -night bar had open hours till 11:00 p.m., but the bartender every time stoped sevice drinks 10:30 p.m. even there was line of 25 peoples waithing to be served = because of all inclusive …. We have already visited Bulgaria in the past and were accommodated in a 2* pension without food and drinks services and it was much cleaner. So to be honest, we didn't feel like we were staying in a 5* hotel. Just one big disaster.

I don´t recommend this hotel - this hotel has massive defficiences regarding hygiene and services inside hotel or outisde by the pools - the rooms are not cleaned at all, once in a time cleaning lady throw away the rubbish in the bin, the bedsheets were changed after 11th day after our request ( we spent 14 days there), the towels were changed 2x for the whole stay, extra bed was so dirty after unfolding it, the carpet was cleaned probably at the start of the season, we had only 1 roll of toilet paper, if we wanted more, we had to ask, there was a mold in the bathroom, the electric socket in the bathroom doesn´t work, the water in the sink in the bathtub didn´t flow away, the handle in the bathroom almost fell off.....and when the floor outside the pool was cleaned, the dirty water with dirt was brushed under the sunbeds and the rest of the water was brushed into the pool. This hotel is 5star hotel but i would give it max 3 stars (blindfolded). The hotel from the outside looks nice as well in the inside, but it´s not being taken care of it.

I’m going to start with the positives as there were some. The Hotel from the outside and the reception area is absolutely beautiful. The rooms were small but adequate considering you only sleep in there. The entertainment staff were hard working and very nice and always got a smile on their face. The one person that’s sticks out on reception was Stella a definite asset to the hotel, it was my daughter’s birthday whilst we were there and she organised a birthday cake for her. Housekeepers very friendly. The beach was minutes away and had a boardwalk so good for pushchairs, wheelchairs etc. There was also towels to rent. One thing is a must is bug spray lots of little thing’s waiting to have a nibble. I enjoyed the snack bar food for lunch, nice salads and loads of fresh fruit. I must say the man who cooks the fresh bread downstairs was so happy and always had a smile on his face. I’ve decided to list the negatives. 1) there was one man on reception who was incredibly rude, regarding towels and pool hire. 2) the maintenance man shouted at us to get our sunbeds off the grass 3) Bedrooms and showers were never cleaned properly. Some days random black long hairs appeared in the bathroom and shower and I’m blonde so who knows. 4) Showers some days they worked perfectly but must say most days they trickled out and was cold. 5) Food in the restaurants were never hot, I’m a vegetarian and lived on salads for 2 weeks as there was labels telling us what the food was but no idea if it was vegetarian or not. 6) Toilets in the public areas were smelly Now for my biggest gripe my Grandson was served alcohol not for himself but nevertheless they still served him even though he had a child’s wrist band on. NOW FOR MY BIGGEST COMPLAINT My daughter took her 4 year old to the kids club and I arrived to pick her up and basically just took her. The staff didn’t check who I was and basically it was chaos the staff seemed more interested in hugging the children and not watching the others. How this hotel is a 4 Star hotel is beyond me, I certainly will not be recommending it and will never return.

I do not understand how this is 5 stars, this hotel is dirty, the cleaners never come around, staff are rude and pool is freezing. Dont get me started on the food, same thing every day/night just like its been warmed up over and over! This was meant to be a family holiday which was ruined by this hotel, will not be returning and think this hotel should be shut down. Please do not waste your money! Not usually one to write reviews but had to be done with this particular hotel.
