Sun City Hotel

Look we only paid £574 for the week so what if the food was the same day and night we ate out really cheaply. The hotel was really empty so we practically had the hotel to ourselves there was 11 of us. You get what you pay for. It was a taxi ride away from the main ***** but be careful and ask for the price before you get in you should not pay more than 30 lev for the trip but they do ask for 40 after 11pm but barter with them. The y still cater for the eastern block countries and not for the English really be careful you don't choose lard to butter your bread it is also a delicacy over there. But still had a fab week for what we paid so don't exepct the Ritz when you only pay that much they are very generous with the drinks as well but again don't expect diet coke etc. it is not availalble but the supermarket over the road does sell it.

I've went here with my girlfriend and we are amazed. Receptionists are very helpful, kind and always smiles. Only "bad" thing is, that the water does not drain properly in our shower. Food is always amazing, drinks are strong as they should be and service is fast. The hotel is in a beautiful setting and not too far from the beach. I really recommend this hotel for your holiday.

Lovely hotel, animation team great running activities for the guests throughout the day and in the evening. Super close to the Main Street. Private beach club with free shuttle to run you there and back.

This is a true and honest opinion of this hotel ! On arrival , late night flight , the hotel receptionist was very helpful , but couldn’t really communicate in English , we managed to find our room . The rooms are very basic , which really could do with upgrading , air condition didn’t really work and the vent were broken , surprise what an earbud can be used for to keep the vents open . Beds where not the most comfortable . Pool was great , nice and clean , plenty of sun lounges. The pool bar. Seems the lad behind the bar was more interested in petting and getting to know the girl who occasionally worked behind the bar with him . Music was way to loud and seemed only to accommodate Eastern Europeans taste . Trying to order a drink was a feat in its self , staff unable to speak in English or chosen not too understand . Just seemed it was to much trouble for them to smile and acknowledge brits . Seems Eastern Europeans, got priority . Being all inclusive , not much options to drink . Restaurant , which I use the term very loosely , repetitive food , queuing to dine was awful , people pushing in , on numerous occasions people seen using there fingers to taste food and put back . Disgusting how some people act . Waiting on staff , seemed to appreciate thank you and please …… ! And always replied back “ your welcome “ Upstairs bar at night after 9pm , was a joke , we had a members in our party who couldn’t and wouldn’t able to use the stairs , spillage on the stairs made it slippy . Trying to obtain a drink , you be lucky to get 2 drinks through out the night , 1 member of staff on , no manners , and really seemed to much trouble to serve the English . Reception , I had a issue , basically it was to hard for them to resolve , so I therefore had to ring love holidays direct to resolve . Final thought Great location , if you want to queue , be pushed out of the way , have miserable staff serving you , stay here Sun City . If you don’t want any of the above , chose a better hotel. As we won’t be ever going back to this hotel ! If your British , stay clear !!!!

Family of 3, 2 x adults and 1 x 16yr old. GOOD POINTS : The hotel is in a good location, just 5min walk from the ***** and beautiful beach. The pool is also nice. The rooms are basic, but clean and the maids do a decent job. BAD POINTS: The staff do not speak a word of English , even a simple "2 beers pls" leaves most looking confused. I dont think I saw a single employee smile and look like they were happy to be there. The hotel is NOT geared , in any way .towards Brits. In fact, for the 2 weeks we were there, we only saw 1 other British couple. It is full of eastern europeans.Which leads me to the food! AWFUL, JUST AWFUL. No signs of anything that we Brits would consider edible. Breakfast- no sausage,bacon, egg etc. Just fruit. chips(!) and some trays of splodge. Lunch- rice(every day), chips, and 2 trays of splodge Dinner-rice(every day), chicken , and 2 trays of splodge. Honestly, as an all inclusive,it was awful. We never ate there, except for the inclusive drinks, which come in half pint plastic glasses around the pool, but are never actually filled to the top, and any request to do so just gets you dirty looks. The eastern europeans on the other hand seemed to find it ok, as did the numerous flies. We spent an extra £700 between us over 2 weeks eating out and drinking out. This hotel should not be offered on any British website, as it is not suitable. Avoid!!!!

Наш "незабываемый" отдых в этом отеле пришелся на июль 2024. Ждёшь этого отпуска год, приезжаешь в анклав украинцев и кушаешь кашу перловку. Когда нам сказали что это All Inclusive light в тур агентстве, пояснили что нет алкоголя постоянно доступного. Мы решили, ну и ладно, не страшно. А как оказалось есть 3 типа браслетов по возможностям в гостинице. Красные браслеты- только 3 разовое питание, синие - добавлен алкоголь по часам + мороженое после 16.00, зеленые браслеты алкоголь без ограничений и мороженое. Браслеты у нас были синие. Но большой разницы не заметно, поскольку еда остается все такой же. И это не All Inclusive, а All Excluded ("все исключено"), иначе этого не назовешь. Ощущение будто в Затоке или Ильичевске, вокруг только украинцы, обслуживающий персонал в том числе, ну и, конечно, еда свойственная как вы понимаете не Болгарии, обычная столовка в санатории. Меню вкратце, многое тут и не распишешь т.к. ассортимент скудный. Завтрак Яйца вареные, омлет желеподобный, 2 вида колбасы или сосиски, 2 вида сыра, иногда была майонезная икра для бутербродов, огурцы нарезанные, варенье, мед, хлеб ну и детское меню из молока и овсянки. Иногда печенье. Обед Два гарнира на выбор на обед и ужин из перечисленных далее (макароны, рис, перловка, картошка запеченная, порошочное пюре, пшенка, гречка). Могут быть макароны и на обед и на ужин. Т.е. макарон мы наелись от души. Чаще всего гарнир просто отварен, без каких-либо дополнительных вкусов, иногда даже соли не было. По мясу бывали котлеты, рулеты с яйцом внутри, что-то наподобие мелко нарезанной грудинки с зажаркой. Разнообразие мяса тоже ограничивалось двумя видами в один прием. Один вид мяса обычного, второй обязательно фасфудный, с обжаркой типичной нагетсам. Овощи нарезанные: перец болгарский, огурцы и помидоры. В один день на обед не было овощей вообще, и это летом, понимаете? Дошло до того, что я покупала сама помидоры и брала с собой на завтрак, т.к.утром есть только огурцы. Еще непонятная особенность обеда в этом отеле - полное отсутствие десерта. От слова ничего, даже одного какого-то фрукта. Ужин Это разновидность обеда, но тут есть сладости, фрукты на десерт, даже арбуз, вдобавок к обычным сливам и зеленым абрикосам. Ассортимент фруктов исчерпан. Голодными не были, но и наслаждения от такого ассортимента мало. Приезжая в другую страну как минимум половина удовольствия получаешь за счет новых блюд, богатого выбора блюд. А тут мало того, что очередь образовывалась из не совсем "счастливых" людей, которые боятся что им не хватит еды и они толпятся, перехватывают место в очереди, так еще и ассортимент санаторский. Приемы еды ограничены 2 часами. Завтрак только с 8 до 10 часов, обед с 13 до 15, а ужин с 6 до 8 вечера. Время хорошего солнца упускается, надо либо от еды отказываться))), либо прибегать с пляжа и обратно бежать. Иногда приходилось ждать чистой посуды, т.к. не хватало. С чашками все еще хуже. Несколько раз самостоятельно мыли чашку чужую, чтобы воспользоваться самой. По еде врод

Di passaggio sulla costa del mar Nero, ci è sembrato un buon compromesso per una notte e qualche ora di relax. È un complesso alberghiero, con piscina e un bar che forse visto il clima era chiuso. Ci hanno dato una stanza a piano terra, stanza abbastanza spaziosa, bagno con doccia mal funzionante e wc problematico. La colazione è compresa, più sul salato che nel dolce. Macchinetta per bevande calde e per succhi. Parcheggio a pagamento lungo la strada a 12 lev al giorno, anche se il cartello riporta il costo di 10 lev. Personale che fa' il suo dovere senza infamia né lode. Un qualche sorriso in più non guasterebbe. A 200m sulla strada principale fermata bus.

Были с семьёй по программе беженцев. Сама территория и номера нормальные. Но еда... Есть альтернативы где беженцев детей кормили, а не травили... Отношение руководства "и так все отлично" не придумываете. Реакций на просьбы помянять питание немного, просили меньше но че го то нормального. Готовили много пюре мивины и супы из порошка или нагетсы котлеты. Им так удобнее было... Посло выезда за 2 дня 70 человек хозяин отеля быстро пришёл в себя и наладил, немного питание. Но все равно человек он очень неприятный, жлобство в каждом сантиметре... Столы как парты... В мирное в ремя за деньги не рекомендую этот скромный санаторий. ПОЛНО троек четверо в разы лутче по той же цене! До моря минимум 700 метров... Кто любит невкусно покушать - вам суда! В остальном Болгария отличная страна. Большинство людей прониклись нашим горем и помагали как могли!!!
