Opened in 1957 and refurbished in 2005, Suzhou Nanlin Hotel (Nanlin Fandian) is located on Shiquan Jie, the famous Internetcelebrity delicious food street in Suzhou, adjacent to the busy commercial district. The hotel features a garden with more than 280 trees including species like the camellia, maple, azalea and yulan. Rockeries, fountains and pavilions are also scattered about the garden. Superior guest rooms and Nanlin suites are offered in the newly decorated Shanshui Building.No 1 Building (Yuanzhonglou ),the new decorarion building has rooms with Intelligengce Toliet and Vibration massage mattress.There are a total of 11 restaurants of different sizes in the hotel. The Western restaurant on the first floor offers buffet. Guests will find small-sized restaurants with characteristic Suzhou garden style on the second floor. The staff made our stay in April 2024 very comfortable. In particular the front desk staff Ms Judy Chan is very competent at helping us with all sightseeing details and made us feel most welcome. We highly recommend this hotel. Thank you to Jinling Nanlin for good memories of Suzhou.

The room was dated, but the service and staff were excellent. The breakfast was a large buffet and had a nice mix of Western and Chinese food.

Great location on Shiquan Jie. Only stayed one night but easy access to several bars and restaurants nearby.

The place is perfect for family staycation. At the downtown area, the hotel has convenient transportation and many good restaurants around. Also close to many famous gardens. U r recommended to go to the night show of Lion Garden nearby.
