Ξενοδοχεία σε St. Clair County με πισίνα

I have made reservations here in May of 26 and July of 26. BOTH TIMES I asked for the lower floor due to difficulty walking too far. BOTH TIMES we were given the top floor at end of hall which makes for more walking. And both May and July stays the elevators were out of service for an hour or so which meant lots of stairs dragging luggage ip stairs . We ask for ground floor for this very reason. Although the place is nice..it makes difficult for our ages..70 yrs old. So that had been a huge disappointment. The housekeepers are super friendly and polite and helpful!!

This hotel has not been kept up well at all. The room walls were dirty, had holes in them and needed repainted! The shower/bath tub were not working properly! The entire room was dirty, especially the bathroom where they had not even cleaned poop off of the toilet seat. All of the furniture was dinged and beat up. On a positive note, all of the workers we encountered were very nice, helpful and respectful. The location was also very nice, especially with the pond you could walk around. We will definitely not be returning, though.

I have stayed here several times before within the last year for business & this hotel is a decent value; amenities included are free breakfast for 2 guests per room, free wifi, access to hot water 24/7 during your stay, pool, & fitness center. The main reason I have stayed here frequently within the past year is because I work at TJ Maxx in Fairview Heights, IL & I live 40 minutes away & is 1 of the closest hotels. The main things to keep in mind are rooms don't include a microwave or mini fridge because it's an older hotel, but there is a microwave in the downstairs kitchen area the front desk staff are more than happy to let guests use. This hotel also faces a major highway where many people commute to/from St. Louis, MO frequently, so rooms can be very noisy if your room is on the right of the highway facing traffic & you're not used to sleeping through it like me, you may not the best sleep quality. Breakfast is good & guests can choose from scrambled eggs, sausage, juice, yogurt, bagels, potatoes on some mornings, cereal & whole milk, etc.

The hotel room is very comfortable, clean, suitable for work and vacation. The environment is clean and tidy and quiet. Hotel location is very good, convenient transportation Wi-Fi is also provided by the hotel.

It is a great quite hotel. The staff is amazing. I love my room it’s very comfortable and the fact they have a pool is great and the location is around everything I really love it

Kid friendly, very nice large rooms big enough for a family, customer service was very accommodating and kids, the have a large breakfast, room was clean and bathroom was huge I definitely recommend!

My husband and I only stayed one night. The check in process was quick and easy since we had prepaid through the app. They did need a credit card for a $100.00 deposit that we would get back after check out….. it’s still being held. Maybe tomorrow it will be back in my account. Our room was nice at first glance. Went to take a shower and there was an open bottle of curtesy shampoo in the tub and hair. Ugh. So much for that I just prayed my sheets were clean and we went to bed.
