Swindon Central

A new hotel in a great central location, onsite parking available (£15 per night) however you’ll find a cheaper multi-storey 5 minute walk away - Whalebridge Multi Storey Car Park. We stayed in a premier plus room. Rooms were clean and well presented. It was nice to have our own ironing facilities, hairdryer and enjoyed the Nespresso coffee. I’m still baffled that newly built hotels still don’t have USB-C ports available, and still opt to only install USB ports, just why, when so many new devices use the new style connection?! Staff were friendly and shared all information upon check in. We didn’t use the on site bar/restaurant so can’t comment. But the hotel is located next to some great bars and eatery’s all within walking distance. Overall a pleasant no-frills stay.

Really friendly staff, a decent pub/ breakfast experience and so quiet yet close to the city. Perfect for what we wanted and had a very positive and pleasant stay here this weekend. Would definitely recommend.

Relatively new hotel so as expected it was clean and tidy. The rooms were nice and smelt fresh. The corridors was also fresh and clean. Nice and quiet for us. check in was quick and easy and the staff friendly and helpful. Would def stay here and recommend the hotel The aircon was good as it got hot inside our room during he night!

The room was the usual premier inn fayre, comfy bed, nice shower, etc. Check-in was fine too. Unfortunately two aspects marred an otherwise fine experience: firstly the coffee machine was broken, so breakfast drinks were from sachets of instant. And the Wi-Fi kept dropping out for my mobile devices.

The Premier Inn at Swindon Central met my high expectations - a warm welcome from staff, a good sized room, excellent toiletries and a comfortable bed. The free Wi-Fi was sufficient for my needs. The pub/restaurant next door had a full menu for our evening meal and breakfast and the Premier Inn meal deal provided amazing value for money. The limitless Coca Cola soft drink machine was brilliant.

My partner and I spent a night on new year's eve 2023 just some time to ourselves. The room was clean and cosy . Staff were friendly and helpful. The brewster fayre was reasonable. If you have a blue card you can get discount on drinks and food

Constantly kept awake at night with banging from upstairs and the car park outside, really an awful experience. Have stayed at premier inns before and had no issues, receptionist was also quite rude to us when checking out. Stay well clear

Very friendly staff, young guy on reception, think he was in training, was very helpful and polite, room was clean & quiet, as always bed was very comfortable, the shower had great pressure, overall a very nice stay.
