My wife and I went for a staycation there for two nights, we didn't have a good experience regarding restroom, it was winter, after check in, went for shower but water heater wasn't work properly, either it's too hot or cold, and pressure fluctuating, i called the reception, they suggested me to put water controller on centre to get warm water, but it didn't work then i called them again and requested to change the room but it was negative, though they sent repair personal, which wasted our time. The repair personnel were quite unprofessional, his shoe wasn't clean, so made the washroom floor dirty, though they mop later, but i felt it's unhygienic, after fixing the water issue, the next day it came back again, the water issue was never solved properly. To note the washroom floor is quite slippery due to the wrong floor tiles choice, other than that staycation was average, hope the management will improve matters, at last thanks to them for letting us delay check out and airport transportation.

Amazing place to stay in sylhet right next to sylhet airport my room was beautiful I had the executive suit from my terrace you can see sylhet airport runway place taking off and landing also amazing view

Overall I had a pleasant stay. It's a great 5 star hotel. Check in and check out was smooth. Great reception, great service and vibes. Room is clean. Comfortable bed.
Breakfast was fine. This hotel is close to the airport and far enough away from the noise and hustle. I will definitely come again.

10 ⭐️ service, staff are very attentive always very pleasant and cheerful when spoken to and made to feel like you’re royalty. Hotel has various amenities, plenty to do!! Nice to see they have a in-house cinema but didn’t get a chance to watch anything as we couldn’t fit it in our schedule. Only thing I would say that if there were a bit more landscape on the ground area to spend outdoors it would’ve been great!! All In all an outstanding place to stay, keep up the standards!!

Very nice experience, very nice food restaurant looks amazing and the staff were very friendly and very good service hostess Kabita she has a good behaviour also suggested us about hotel and food and waiter Mr Rofik Ahmed gave me and my wife and super experience!!!

From check in, the service was amazing! The staff is very accommodating and understanding of any questions and concerns. Service is top tier all around! Muhtasim was the supervisor when we dined and constantly checked in to make sure we were taken care of. Would visit again!

Great service and amazing stay. Staff is extremely kind and very accommodating. Kabita was the hostess during the breakfast buffet. Lots of options, quiet ambience and great quality food. Honestly one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Sylhet.

Our stay in Grand Hotel has been good. Liked the staff. Imrana is good in a friendly way Good luck to the team.Keep it up. Close to the airport and good communication with the city. The food was good. The cineplex was good but we two was the only persons and so decided not to watch.

Exceptional service received , especially Imrana and Gias Uddin, just could not do enough. Always presented them selves with a big welcoming smile. One of the best hotel experiences I’ve witnessed in a long time. Well done to all at the hotel
