Gostaresh Hotel Tabriz

The room Was clean and spacious. Although the sheets seem like there been there for years … The restaurants and the lobby where a little bit sad, the decor was of a cafeteria or an upcoming business center and in general dated and poor. One of the girls at the front desk wasn’t very friendly and had an attitude. (Which i don’t understand, she works towards the public). A small thing to say, the personal only spoke Farsi, which you would hope in a Hotel people would speak a bit of English or any other lenguaje to communicate with the visitors.

Otelin konumu çok iyi,metro durağına yakın,önünde çok sayıda taksi mevcut.Resepsiyondaki görevliler çok yardımsever ve ilgili.Otel temiz,oda büyüklüğü yeterli.Kahvaltısı güzel.Benim için tek sıkıntı, oda ön tarafta yola yakın olduğu için gürültü problemiydi. Onun dışında tavsiye edebileceğim bir otel.

Herşey için çok teşekkürler. Resepsiyon ve diğer otel görevlileri canayakin ve samimilerdi.odamiz çok geniş, ferah ve temizdi.kahvalti iyiydi.ozellikle, bal ve süt kaymağı çok lezizdi. Bir daha gidersem, ilk tercihim kesinlikle Hotel Gostaresh olacaktır.

Renovated old hotel. Parking is next to hotel.Breakfast is very basic but acceptable. Located in a very crowded junction where noisy streets around could be unpleasant for some travelers. Totally it was a good experience. Staff are helpful.

This stay was my worst hotel stay. Didn't deserve it after 3 years of not travelling because of Corona pandemic. Except from the entrance, the hotel doesn't seem like fixing it after its opening! The hotel restroom ( restaurant level ) seemed like a public toilet in the middle of intercity roads! You couldn't even enter the WC because of the smell, let alone the out of order toilets. The rooms sheet didn't seem clean ( or they have been used for so many years which the colors were changed to yellow ), the shower broken ( and when we informed the lobby they didn't fix it after 6 hours we followed up!), the room service only made the bed, didn't change the sheet and left the same glasses which we used the other day and didn't even clean the table which had coke stain on it! The most funniest thing was what ever we asked from the lobby they would refer you to another dep of the hotel to follow up yourself ( like they left not enough towels for two people and we had to be investigated by the room service in order to get a towel!!) ON THE WHOLE IT WAS TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Great hotel with big rooms , tidy and clean , the shower in the room was amazing, realy big-shower and a bath. We loved the breakfast too, we highly recomend it to everyone that is in tabriz. Also the view from the window was great in the morning and at night

The place is very tidy and clean, staff professional and very helpful, on top of that, the city itself is very clean and safe with tons of stuff to do and see and enjoy:-) The city of Tabriz is a must see in beautiful Iran

Pasé recientemente dos noches en el Hotel Gostaresh de Tabriz y quedé con una impresión general positiva. El hotel está bien ubicado, cerca de una estación de metro y con taxis fácilmente disponibles en la puerta. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y limpias. El personal de recepción fue amable y servicial.
