The rooms are very clean, and staffs are all very friendly. We are very pleased to know that our rooms haven been upgraded. We will come back to stay at the same hotel.

Good hotel in the downtown of Xinyi area, the size of the room is quite good, but the amenities just OK, the bed not so soft, compared to other luxury 5 star hotels. Overall , it’s a good optionif u wanna to stay in Xinyi area, since there are few limited hotel supplies there.. only W a bit too bright and funky for me, Humble House ( is too small ), grand hyatt ( old and low ceiling room ) , Le Meridien ( ok but not special also ), looking forward for Park Hyatt and Four Season open their doors at Xinyi..

I spend 3 days in this hotel, I really loved everything about it:
First the welcoming, they don t treat you as simple client: it the staff is extremely welcoming helpful and warm, much better than any other 5 stars hotel.
The room extremely comfortable, spacious, quiet and clean.
The small scale of this hotel and very nice design makes my stay, even if it was for Business extremely memorable.
PS: If I need to find one negative point, I will say the red wine they served by the glass at the bar was very cold.

Good location. Just a few minutes walk to Taipei 101. This is the first time I have gone to Taiwan to travel, everything is perfect. Price is affordable.
