The cleanliness of the hotel room is such a disappointment. The bathroom wall grouting & silicon was moldy, and spider webs were in the room. The TV and aircon vent were super dusty. The aircon, even off, was extremely cold. The overall cleanliness is terrible, with noticeable dust accumulating in several areas. It was disappointing and not up to the hygiene standards one would expect from a hotel room. To make matters worse, the cleanliness issues persisted even after the room was supposedly cleaned. The bathroom grouting remained moldy, spider webs lingered, and the attendant neglected to vacuum away the hairs on the floor. The bed has insects, indicating a lack of thorough cleaning. This consistent neglect of hygiene standards throughout my stay was disappointing and unacceptable. This lack of attention to detail further emphasized the subpar cleanliness standards, contributing to an unsatisfactory stay.

客室の壁が薄いのか遮音性が大変悪く、隣室の宿泊客達が深夜になっても騒いでいたため、就寝することが出来なかった。 フロントに事情を話したところ、隣室に注意をしてくれて収まったが、せっかくの短い旅程で何とも嫌な思いをした。 客室は綺麗であったが、部屋のセーフティボックスは壊れており、エアコンも調整が効かず、また、冷蔵庫からは異臭がしていた。 なお、ルームクリーニングを夕刻の遅い時間に実施するとは、世界中を旅しているが初めての経験であった。 スタッフの対応は良く、台北駅と西門町から徒歩圏のため便利であるが、残念ながら再び宿泊することは無い。 The walls of the guest room were thin and the sound insulation was very poor. When I told the front desk about the situation, he warned me about the next room and settled down, but I felt bad about the short itinerary. The room was clean, but the safety box in the room was broken, the air conditioner didn't work, and the refrigerator smelled bad. By the way, it was that first experience to have the room cleaned in the evening, even though I Was traveled all over the world. The staff are friendly and then location is very convenient, because it is within walking distance from Taipei Main Station and Ximending, but unfortunately I will not stay there again. 客房的墙壁很薄，隔音效果很差。 跟前台说了情况，他们就提醒我隔壁房间就安顿下来了，不过行程短了感觉不好。 房间很干净，但是房间里的保险箱坏了，空调坏了，冰箱有异味。 此外，这是我第一次在深夜打扫房间，尽管我已经走遍了世界各地。 工作人员非常友好，很方便，因为它距离台北车站和西门町都在步行范围内，但遗憾的是我不会再住在那里。

Love the service and room, especially the provision of water each day, hair dryer, clean towels each day, self-service check in and check out. Everything was great except the ff: 1. WIFI - Our room was on the 3rd floor and we can only connect to the wifi on the 5th floor. It was freaking slow (for ex. cannot open 1 photo from messenger)and sometimes not connecting. We relied mostly on our data 2. Outlet - the ones beside the beds are not working. Those that are working is slow when charging. Been to several countries and this is the first time this has happened. 3. Thin walls - could hear our neighbor making weird noises on our first night and it was so uncomfortable. Thankfully, it was only that night and didn’t happen again.

I love the location of this hotel! 5 minutes or less walking distance to the metro station-MRT. The food selection as soon as you are out of the hotel is endless. Very clean, very nice staff, comfy bed, nice TV with English channels, a small fridge, kettle , available umbrellas, tours, etc. YenYen, Jenny and Anna were very helpful. They went above and beyond to make my experience here very comfortable. They set up a nice day tour for me and even offered to do my laundry so I could go out and explore the city. I'd definitely stay here again!

Spacious and minimalist. Check-in was quick, room equipped with voice controls and guests get to collect childhood snacks at the hotel’s restaurant. Breakfast spread was good too, lots of choices.

We booked Sheraton because of its location and name. We booked King Bed, but when we got there they gave us 2 Twin Bed and made a King Bed out of it. They gave us a King Bed room the next day. For Honeymoon we only got 2 small Teabags and 2 small teddy bears. Worst Honeymoon Amenities ever. Breakfast was ok. Good enough. Lobby was too crowded. Restaurants was crowded from morning till evening.

Saw pretty good reviews and booked this hotel. Was overall pleased with the cleanliness. Location wise was also ok, take Exit 5 from Ximen station. as we came with two huge luggage, we had to take the lift at Exit 6 instead. The layout and design is modern with some clever touches of functionality as well. Reccomended! Breakfast spread is also decent to start the day.

Service - There was no one at front desk when we came. But good thing their contact number is easy to call, someone picked up right away and acknowledged our arrival. At the same time, another stuff already came to open the door for us and accommodate us (not sure if he just went out quickly then we coincidentally arrived or he saw us or was told to go back since we called). Anyway, it was no biggie. Note that their front desk has a certain operating hours so make sure to contact them ahead of time if you’ll be late or be early for your check-in or reach out to them within their operating hours for your concerns. Location - it’s still still considered good even though there’s a few minutes walk to get into Ximending street compare to other dorm type that are already within the Ximending street. Given its price. It’s still good. Cause I think this is the cheapest among the ones we booked. Cleanliness - this is where they have to WORK ON for real. Like there are small spaces in the sides of the bed (the bed did not fit the entire bed case) so you’ll see the sides, it has dust, hair, cotton buds, and especially once you pull it up. The underbed even have a biscuit. Like they probably just change the beddings and pillow cover. Just want to share also what I overheard when we were checking out. The other staff was telling the guest that he saw her putting i think something that shouldn’t be included to the basket. (The guest was also a foreigner, japanese I think, not sure, and the staff was like telling her he saw her do it. I mean, sure, if the lady was trying to deny it, she was obviously trying to save herself from embarrasment, it’s not like she stole something or broke a rule. Like I was wondering why he had to keep on scrubbing it on her face that it was her who did it. What did he want the guest to feel? Or do? That discussion kinda took about 3-5 minutes lol. Though the staff said it was fine afterall. I think he just wanted to make a point and instill to that lady that he did see her.) Anyway, another thing is that I wish we got reminded that there’d be a room cleaning service. Cause we booked a 6-bed room for the 6 of us so we won’t have to share with a stranger. So we were expecting that it’s basically considered as a private room for the 6 of us. So we did leave our luggages open. Had we known, we would’ve of course closed them before leaving. Like I might or might not have lost something, and I would not realize it. I personally, don’t remember all the stuff I got in my luggage. Though I’d always bring the important stuff with me like the passport, wallet, ids. But what if I still have other important stuff that I can’t bring with me every time i go out? Like a macbook, or another gadget, or spare IDs, or my other wallet with my country’s money in it, etc. Will I stay here again? Yes, especially if I need a cheap place to stay. If they got the cheapest rate available from the time I’m booking then yes. They got lockers beside your bed like normal dorm type. But I think it’s bigger than usual. Like it could fit a handcarry(?) didn’t get to try though. But looks like 1 handcarry luggage could fit.

The adjacent Yongkang Street is 100 meters away. The reception hall is on the 3rd floor and the 4-12th floors are all guest rooms. There is a lift, but because the size of the hotel is not large, it generally does not need to wait too long. Stayed in the Yaxuan room on the same day, in the independent corner of the floor, so it was very quiet. The room is small and the equipment is simple, but very clean. Although the hotel's positioning is a business travel, according to the equipment, individuals feel that it should be more suitable for 1-2 people for short-term travel, because there is no closed wardrobe and ironing equipment in the room. Although the room is small, the bed is very comfortable. The most special style is to give full play to its advantages in the store. Use a small wall to mark Yongkang Street and Lishui Street, and even many well-known shops in the entire Shida business district and briefly introduce them, so that people who come to travel outside can understand more. It is a value-added service provided for Qian Business Travel to play smartly on the ground, which is worthy of praise. Of course, with the passage of time, individual stores have closed their business, but they have not been updated in time on the map, which is a fly in the ointment. But no matter what, it has the effect of throwing bricks and jade for the guests, reminding them that there are many treasures worth discovering nearby. Overall, due to the excellent location, simplicity and tranquility are its main advantages. In another perspective, simpler devices can reduce costs and improve cost performance, and it is not a smart move. For guests who like to go to Taipei to find local food, they need a hotel with convenient transportation and clean peace. They don't want to spend on unimportant equipment and don't want to live in a 3-star hotel with more people and old. The Qian Business Travel is one of the best options.

When my family arrived, the lobby was super crowded,(maybe due to new year) and a great place to take pictures. The room was quite big, but the toilet was quite dirty. The bathtub had brown stains, and the corners of the toilet were caked in mold. The hotel was connected to Taipei Main Station through Exit M6. There was a lift directly connected to room. We took a Tra train one stop to Rouhe night market, it was very convenient. Overall, Caesar Park Hotel Taipei was a nice place to stay in.
