Standard room. It’s full house so we were not able to book the room type we wanted. It’s a good experience in general. Even though many tourists visit the hotel as a sightseeing point, all staff are treating everyone with kindness. The signature point is the building itself… every corner is a photo point~ it’s interesting to learn its history as well. Must revisit and will book early to get a better room type next time .

Hotel is located on a very quiet street in the heart of Taipei city. It's a bit walk to/from the nearest MRT station. But hotel itself is very contemporary overall and the room I stayed was very spacious, bright and nicely decorated. My 6th floor room comes with a huge window but since it's facing a university female students' dormitory building which was nearly completely deserted due to the ***** New Year holiday, it felt as if you're in the middle of a very quiet small village without much commercial activities and foot traffic It's a great choice if you don't need to use Taipei MRT constantly.

Location was the better one with cheaper pricing. About 5 or 10mins walk from hotel to shuanglian. Reach the hotel, there was no one attending at the counter and was a self checkin machine. Easy checkin and you get the room card. Room was clean and tidy. Room size acceptable, can place 3 of my luggages. Big bath room, just that the water temp was either too hot or too cold. Have to toggle between the 2 shower heads. Initially i planned to deposit my luggage on the last day as i had a late flight that day. But there was no one attending to the counter. Theres a number to add in line app, so i chatted with the person. Was asked to place the luggage behind the counter at my own risk. Which i dont really like this idea. Should have stated in the website in the first place. I still left my luggage there for about 3 hrs, nothing was missing but initially i planned to pickup much later. But since no one was attending to my luggages i went back to collect early. Side note, this hotel is also open for short term stay for people to wish to 'stay' for a few hours. Overall, still clean and acceptable price. Other than, the luggage deposit portion.

Love the location and front desk service staffs are wonderful. Full amenities in room Free washing machine n dryer too. Only the younger service staff at breakfast looks overworked. Sulky faced n bad customer service, with an attitude.

Great location within 3 minutes walk of a subway station, with lots of good restaurants such as LAKSA (delicious chicken curry and braised pork rice dishes!) in the local neighborhood. Also close enough to cheap homestyle ********* foods such as oyster congee and xiaolongbao soup dumplings at 2 different night markets (Ningxia is bigger and farther away than Shuangcheng). Clean room with lots of space for 3 people and big bathroom, with a very good water pressure in the shower. Weak wifi signal though, so it keeps dropping. Helpful and nice people at the reception desk, but it doesn’t have anyone after 10:30pm so you just use a keycard to enter the hotel late at night.

Last minute booking made with this hotel ended up as my favourite accomodation in TW till date. Service was awesome. There was always a hotel staff opening the main door for guests to enter. Receptionist was friendly and offered a free upgrade to suite. Upgraded room was very spacious and clean. Came with Loccitane toiletries. Seems that guests are mainly Japanese. Location is quite convenient with shops nearby. A pity I got to check out before sunrise to catch an early morning flight. Would stay here again when I visit Taipei next time.

Nice room. The window can be opened. Able to see outside with limited view. English, hindi, and Chinese channel available on the TV. 24 hours receptionist.

The hotel is very nice! But not very if it’s all the room type you booked but for my room it does not comes with towel so please check with the hotel staff. If not you can purchase a bundle for 200TWD that’s come with towel/water/tea and coffee and also slippers

We are family of 5 pax, we stayed in a triple room and a twin room. Unfortunately these 2 room types cannot be on the same floor. The hotel signage is barely visible and only written in Chinese, so try your best to locate it! The hotel front desk is on level 4 where you have to enter through an old building lobby. Once you find it, you get used to it. The location of this hotel is excellent though. 2 mins walk to Shuanglian train station on the red line and 10 minutes walk to Zhongshan with 2 huge shopping malls. Rooms are new, modern and very clean!

Hotel is located in a nice part of town with many restaurants and close to MRT. It is also in a quite alleyway. The bath room tub is big and jacuzzi ready.

The service is considerate. Although the room is a bit small, it has everything you need: a safe, refrigerator, slippers, and a luggage rack. Surprisingly, the room is very tidy. There are free snacks such as cup noodles, coffee, tea, and juice on the ground floor. The location of the hotel is very convenient. If I go to Taipei next time, I will stay again!

Self-service check-in and check-out, there will still be staff at the counter who are caring and teaching, the room facilities are clean, and the bathroom is a bathtub, soaking in it, it is very comfortable to stretch your feet. Only the air conditioner is not strong at night, it always shows 24 degrees (sleeping until sweating 😂) A small light directly above the bed keeps turning off. I want to say that it’s okay to close your eyes, but it still affects sleep (I would have called the counter if I knew it earlier. It is room 701) The breakfast is simple and delicious, and the ingredients are hygienic❤️

We stayed without expecting as price was too low, but was the best. We intended to stay overnight, but stayed overnight. I have stayed at many hotels in Taipei, but I haven't lost to a hotel more than double the price! It is a 3-minute walk from Zhongshan Kuniko MRT Station. The toilet is clean and spacious, with a TOTO washlet, bathtub, shower, and washbasin! It was a hot and humid day, but the air conditioning was working well since I entered the room. The size of the room and the breakfast are ok, but there is a bean-brush coffee and I am satisfied!

We had a great experience. The room was spotless clean, the crib for the baby already prepared in our room. The room itself was spacious and well equipped. Everything that you could expect for that price. Coffee was decent and the staff super nice. We will be back and recommending to our friends this hotel.

It is a hotel in a good location just two steps from Nanjing East Road in about 10 seconds walk. The front desk is on the elevator and can be manned to ６ floor and up to 15:00-18:30. Other than that, I felt that it would be difficult to use unless I was used to it because I needed to operate with an automatic check-in machine. When I went around 11:00, there was a staff member and I was saved by teaching me a lot. The elevator cannot be operated unless you type the start code on the side without starting it in normal investigations outside the management time, so you need to register the hotel LINE when staying. The room is small, but I don't think it's too much to worry about if you're traveling alone for a short period of time. Because it is a unit bus, there is no partition between the toilet bowl and the shower, so it may be better to be careful if you are concerned.
