the hotel location is good ,near the Lamlam bus station (grand plaza),the staffs are kind ,friendly and helpful. It is very safe while travelling in Guam .

The hotel is new renovation, clean and convenient for shopping.
Front desk is also very friendly to greet all guests. I strongly recommend you to stay this hotel.

Superb service. We got it at 6:30 am and they gave us another room where we can rest until it’s time for our check-in for free (this is probably subject to room availability). Absolutely thankful for this service (order cam from management level as well). We got a premiere suite. Then at 10:30am they called our temporary room to inform us that our Family Room is now available.
The family room is big (bigger than their site pictures) complete with kitchen amenities and laundry machine and dryer. Bathrooms are clean and spacious. Walk-in closet was also in 1 bedroom.
Overall, a great stay for our short Guam vacation. :)

Answering phone services is bad. Lost item they didn't even check it right cus I remember when we check out room I know what I put the item they told me they didn't find anything. And my medication too. Very dispoint. I even told them I go and check they check they all ready check so nothing! That what they told me room was even no guest yet .

The hotel is good value for money and the location is perfect for local American restaurants (Chillis, Hard Rock Cafe etc). There were a few occasions where we had to request a room clean and coffee as their policy is “if there are opened suitcases” cleaners do not make up your room. This wasn’t communicated before which was a pain as towels should be replaced daily.
Apart from this everything else is great and I would recommend staying here.

괌에 유튜브&넷플릭스 되는 호텔이 또 어딨을까????!!!🩷
휴가 여행의 큰 장점 중 하나예요.
T갤러리아 도보10분, 투몬비치 도보10-15분(후지타 해변으로 가면 도보10분이면 됨)
어짜피 렌트하실 거면 쇼핑몰이랑 가깝지 않더라도 위치는 좋다고 봅니다.
저희는 명품 목적이 아니라 전혀 불편함 없었어요.
그리고 카펫바닥 아니라서 넘 좋았어요!!! 로비 화장실도 좋고, 로비도 깔끔하고 좋아요.
한국인 일본인 미국인 다양하게 이용하는 호텔이더라구요.
화장실+세면대(탑볼)+샤워(부스x 파티션o) 조합이고 사진은 공식 사진이랑 다를건 없었어요.
물빠짐 좋아요, 다만 단차가 좀 작아서 물튀면 세면대 쪽까지 물이 좀 고일 수 있습니다.
화장실 환기구 없음. 샤워하고 습기가 차면 방 에어컨을 세게 틀어 해결해야 했습니다.
객실에 usb 타입 콘센트 있는 것도 좋았어요! 굳이 돼지코 안 써도 됨.
냉장고는 모텔냉장고 같은 작은 거 있고, 커피포트, 금고 등 다 있었어요.
DND시간이 끝나가면 방으로 콜해주거나 문에 쪽지를 끼워주어 뭐가 더 필요한지 물어봐 주고,
1층에 작은 편의점 같은 게 있어서 나름 좋아요.(24시간 운영) 조금 비쌀 순 있어요. 근처에 ABC store가 있긴함.
택시나 투어 기사님들도 호텔이름 다 알고 계시고, 호텔 건물 아래(?)에 렌터카 업체도 있어요. (실제로 워크인으로 이용했음)
로비층에 gym이 있어요. 수영장은 가보질 못해서 사진이 없습니다ㅠ
호텔 입구 밖에서 흡연할 수 있습니다. 식당은 없습니다.
