Residence Bouganvillage is an ideal place if you are seeking a relax holiday . The place is extremely quiet and clean . The staff and specially Massimilliano (reception) , is always available for help and support with a smile. The only advice , if you want to stay there , you sure need to have a car , otherwise you are not mobile at all . The closest supermarket is few kilometers away

If you’re thinking of going with a young family, this may not be for you. Too many rules poolside particulary the quiet time between 1-4pm. If you book through TUI, it’s quite likely that you’ll end up with one of the poorer villas. There are two types of villa in the main part of the village - one with balcony and stunning views and one with a porch with no view. We had the latter at the end of the property next to the generator looking onto the road, so this took the shine off our holiday. We expected two rooms with our booking, but only got one so the kids had to sleep in the kitchen. Many other families we talked to had a similar arrangement. Also be mindful of the hidden costs and poor wifi. On arrival you will be charged ~£300 for electricity, water, cleaning. We were informed of this by TUI two weeks before the holiday (we booked in January) but they have agreed to refund this additional cost. When you add this to the what was originally paid however, an airbnb/villa rental would have better idea. The lack of connectivity was frustrating. Works in the communal area but not in the villas.. The village is south of the costa smeralda and away from the tourist areas. It is located in a residential area on the outskirts of Budoni and a car is a must because the local store and restaurent (if you want to eat out) is a 20min walk, with the beach (Duboni) being at least 40 mins.. The village is clean, well kept and very peaceful. The view from the pool/restaurent overlooking the adjacent hillside is stunning. Overall, our accomodation was a downer and my review would have been lower but for the communal area and in particular, the restaurent and lovely hosts Gianni & Ester. Lovely people, welcoming hosts serving great resonably priced food.

Spent a week here with the family and quite simply couldn’t fault a single thing! Rooms pretty simple but had everything we needed in terms of cooking our own food. Beds really comfy and a lovely powerful shower. Always space around the pool, in fact there were a few times that we had the pool to ourselves, again lovely and quiet perfect for being able to relax. Lovely team of people who ran the reception and the restaurant and were always happy to chat and make you feel welcome as well as offering advise on the area. Beach is absolutely stunning however it is a good 30 min walk to get there. Couple of restaurants in the area but again a bit of a walk as well as the nearest supermarket, probably would recommend hiring a car if staying here although the daily walks were very picturesque so it didn’t bother us. In a nutshell a perfect week in a beautiful country with fantastic hosts, will definitely come back here!

Ho soggiornato per una settimana in questo residence e posso dire che è stata un’esperienza molto positiva. La struttura è immersa nel verde, in una zona tranquilla, ma comunque vicina al centro e alle principali spiagge della costa est della Sardegna. Gli appartamenti sono puliti e ben attrezzati, con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole, anche con bambini. La piscina è ben tenuta e rappresenta un’ottima alternativa per le giornate di relax. E' inoltre presente un punto ristoro per colazioni, aperitivi e cene. Il personale è estremamente gentile e professionale, un ringraziamento speciale a Massimiliano, sempre disponibile a offrire consigli preziosi su ristoranti e spiagge. Anche se il residence è un po' distante dal centro di Budoni, l’uso dell’auto consente di raggiungere facilmente sia il paese che le splendide spiagge nei dintorni. Consiglio vivamente questo residence!

Luogo pulito e tranquillo, personale gentile, posto ideale per godersi qualche giorno di relax. Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia e devo dire che l’area giochi e la piscina sono stati utilissimi per mia figlia . La sua posizione ottimale permette di raggiungere tutte le più belle spiagge della zona.

Residence bellissimo, tranquillo e staff gentile è disponibile. Abbiamo passato una settimana di relax l’appartamento era pulitissimo e silenzioso. Dispone di una piscina adatta a grandi e piccini ed un bar dove troverete una coppia gentile e sempre sorridente. Consigliatissimo.

Nous avons passé de belles vacances. Appartement propre et fonctionnel. Bonne literie. Accueil et disponibilité très appréciable (merci Massimiliano) Piscine et cadre enchanteur (vue montagne) Bravo au personnes si gentilles du restaurant sur place, ainsi que leur cuisine Points négatifs: résidence divisée en deux parties, nous étions de l'autre côté de la route, pas évident avec de jeunes enfants et moins verdoyant Manque de transat dans le jardin pour se détendre, et un kit de produits d'accueil cuisine serait appréciable (éponge, produit vaisselle et torchon) Merci pour tout ♥️

Contesto stupendo: le casette del residence sono molto suggestive, la piscina molto bella e salva la giornata con i bimbi quando c’è tempo incerto, ristorantino interno al residence molto comodo e ottimo nella cucina, personale molto disponibile e cortese. Appartamenti semplici ma completi di tutto e in ordine. Siamo stati molto bene.
