Personeel erg vriendelijk koffie en Yhee op de kamers zonder koffiemelk helaas, maar de lieve dame van de receptie is helemaal naar de keuken gegaan en alle moeite gedaan om koffiemelk poeder te regelen echt heel aardig.

這個酒店應該是性價比比較高的酒店了，挨着海邊比較近，房間落地大窗。

I was attending an event at this hotel, I had a terrible experience—the entire staff was completely unaware of their responsibilities! When I arrived at the buffet two hours before it closed, there was no food and the serving had not been replenished. Additionally, there were not enough chairs for everyone, so more than twenty people had to watch the two-hour entertainment while standing, and the barman was a robber who never gave back the change!

Staff are so disrespectful, they have really bad attitude, like they are forced to work. Their answers are impolite and inadmissible !! Never seen such dorks !! Badge not working. Everytime we had to go down to charge it. No lights in the bathroom, I called them many times to prepare it. Their communication is so bad and worse than any hotel I have been to. I asked them many times about towels. They give only 1 for 2 adults !! Breakfast is poor, the buffet is not a buffet. Chemical juice. The swimming pool is dirty, they don't change it within days. There were only 6 transats for the whole hotel !! When I asked her to check if electrician came to repair the light, she told me you ll go up and you ll figure !!! And if not you call me. And when I called, that stupid lady was not answering !!! When I asked to change the room to have a room for 2, they said OK but right after they said ah no, we don't have availability and we waited long time. I have already booked through booking and I showed her the confirmation, she said no you didn't pay and she was raising her voice and being savage and making noises like I stole things from hotel. No respect. No manner to communicate. The girls in reception are there just for decoration with makeup but they are useless. The owner will lose a lot of money if those creature stay there. I dont recommend. It turned to negative vacation. This is not a 3 star it is minus 3 star hotel.

We had a very pleasant week there in August. Just be careful when using the car park. A man in a hi-vis jacket might try to get you to pay. He's not connected to the hotel and you have no obligation to hand over any money. I was struggling to talk to him. Hotel security got involved and interpreted that for 'protection' I should pay. Instead of moving the man on security encouraged me to pay. I refused, they followed me into the reception area demanding money. The receptionist confirmed that I didn't owe any money and the men left. It felt like the security guard sided with the man to intimidate me instead of looking after me, a guest at the hotel. Just be careful.

They did not allow us to check-in even 5 min before 14:00. We arrived abt 12:00, so we could wait at the hotel pool for 2 hours before check-in. One lady at the reception tried to be very friendly and helpful. Yet she insisted of the charge having to be invoiced on credit card on dirhams (not euros as we had booked through ***********), and with the exchange rate we ended up paying 10eur more. One waitress at the hotel bar tried to fool me with giving too little exchange - giving 20 dirhams (2eur) too little when buying some water. I noted about it, she promised to bring later claiming she did not have, but never did, finally I asked it again. I thought this was only a mistake, but later she tried to do the same to my companion, when he went to fetch some beer. So apparently this lady tries to snitch some 2eur from every tourist looking person... Other hotel guests were mostly locals. Breakfast was quite Moroccan food, I like but my travel companions not. We had booked two rooms (4 persons), and both rooms were equipped only for 1 person. So we had to ask for more towels, complimentary water bottle (which were very small bottles) etc. Calling from the room to reception or room service - no answer at all. We had to find cleaners from the aisle to help us. The beds were not good. The water from the bathroom tap and shower is dangerously burning hot when you just run it from the neutral position - it really was steaming!! Also the water pressure at shower changed and was poor. Otherwise ok, luckily the place was clean enough. Location a bit far from Medina/downtown, but there are restaurants also nearby in walking distance. Beach also near, but the big street to cross over is really dangerous (with 6 lanes, people driving like crazy).

Ik heb via de site van Ramada geboekt voor een prijs dat ongeveer €5 onder de prijs van de andere aanbieders was. Wat bleek na betaald te hebben met mijn kredietkaart. Hebben ze ongeveer €35 bijkomende kosten bijgerekend. Toen ik achter uitleg ging vragen is me gezegd dat ik de kleine lettertjes moest lezen. Op hun site stond niets van bijkomende kosten enkel als je doorgaat naar betalen. Staat het dan wel helemaal vanonder in het klein, wat ik niet gezien heb. De kamer viel mee. Maar het ontbijtbuffet was armzalig, dat klein beetje keuze dat je had zat dan noch vol met vliegen. Heb dan maar 1 gekookte ei genomen. Mensen blijf daar weg, er zijn veel betere hotels in de buurt en veel goedkoper! De enige vriendelijke van de werknemers was de parkeerwachter
