The room was convienient for 2 ppl to stay, I loved that the towels were fresh everyday, I did request a room with a king size bed but was given a queen.

The property itself was spacious and comfortable so I’d recommend for travellers who want space and separate rooms.
However we didn’t have hot water on the first day/night.
The curtains and general furniture were a little worn and tattered in places and the aircon wasn’t very cold. A few stains on sheets and pillow cases too, but the beds were very comfortable.

There were no staff on site and a phone number was left but no response even after text and phone calls . Spa was faulty no robes provided and tv had a fault.

We found the tradies staying in the units near us were very noisy waking us at around 6am.
Also we found no dishcloth or tea towel in the unit to wash and dry the dishes....very poor.
We don't think we will return.

Everything was excellent once I’d been logged on to the internet. I found the set up procedure a bit complicated, but that just be me. Apart from that slight hiccup, everything was very comfortable. No complaints.

This was the worst yet most expensive accommodation we stayed in New Zealand.
Overdue for a complete refurbishment.

We had a lovely stay and enjoyed the quietness and lovely staff, we have rebooked to stay again for 2 nights Wellington Anniversary weekend, ( 19th and 20th January,,

Whilst the room was large , it’s quite dated with mouldy ripped net curtains and the big walk in shower/ ensuite is unsafe. The fan was not adequate to take out all the condensation and with the shower spraying water to a large part of the floor the whole of the tiled floor became wet and slippery so extreme care was needed. I just felt it was an accident waiting to happen.

Unfortunately, no-one was at the property upon arrival. There was a phone number provided on the door but no-one answered when I phoned, twice.
Someone did eventually phone back and informed me that the room was open. An email or text ahead of time would have been appreciated.
