Incredibly friendly staff, accommodating and wonderful people. We had an accident, my girlfriend fell and broke her arm while walking around Tashkent. The hotel manager drove us to the emergency room, stayed with us as a translator until she got her lancet, visited several pharmacies with me to find all the prescribed medications and returned us home - because this lovely little hotel with a beautiful garden became our home for the next week until got a cast. And we were supposed to stay only one weekend. Plus, it is exceptionally tidy, in a great location between the old and the new town, with an abundant and rich breakfast. I would recommend it to anyone, and we will be back here next year. Let me try to sum up: the staff speaks excellent English, they will help with everything, from how to change money, how to activate a taxi app, where there is a good restaurant... They know everything. The rooms are clean, quiet, warm (after all, it's February). With all this written before, you may regret not being there already. Greetings from Franjo and Melisa (February, 2024.)
