Ideal place to discover the typical villages of Chianti and their cities of art. Beautiful, cosy country house "Badia a Passignano", surrounded by vineyards. Above Badia a Passignano 10 km from the centre of San Donato in Poggio, 30 km from the centre of Firenze, 40 km from the centre of Siena, in a quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, in the countryside. For shared use: garden with plants and trees, swimming pool (6 x 12 m, seasonal availability: 06.Apr. - 26.Oct. pool opening hours: 08:00-21:00). Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground. In the house: internet access, washing machine, heating available only from 01.Nov. - 15.Apr.. Cook on request. 1 km long motor access (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Shop 2 km, grocery 2 km, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 2 km, bus stop 2 km. Excellent place, you have to deal with insects in the house (after all you are in the countryside) In the description it is not mentioned but the road to reach the house is not asphalted and is full of gravel, treacherous for city cars and who has no driv
