Link Hotel Tbilisi

Nice hotel for one or two nights. The room was clean and comfortable. I had a good night's sleep. The breakfast was adequate but the cofee was poor. The staff were polite and friendly. I Would stay possibly stay here again if the price was was still reasonable.

Had there been minus rating then probably i would have opted that. Suggest Tripadvisor should think about this option. After reaching the Hotel at 10PM first they said my name is not there in the booking. After re-checking and waiting for some time they found my name and allotted room no.205 which was a shocker. We had booked three bedded room through my tour operator ( House of Tours who are equally pathehic & horrible) we were allotted small two bedded room. After protesting and making frantick phones calls to tour operator one hour later we were shifted to another room 312 which was even worse with small rickety makeshift bed cramped in to make it three bedded. View from window was looking like we have put-up in a slum, jet in the bathroom broken, basic amenities like water bottle etc. not there for which we had to request several time. Even for AC we had to call them couple of times. After all this we found to our dismay that Hotel does not have restaurant facility. When asked we were bluntly told "walk down half km and fend for yourselves". Me, wife & daughter had to survive on some biscuits we were carrying. To make the matter worse two out of three available staff neither could understand nor could speak English. Breakfast is also ordinary. In plain and simple words it is the worst Hotel we have ever stayed in our memory. Horrible. First thing in the morning we did was to check out. For that also they took lot of time and our that day's tour delayed.

Мы с мужем провелиь в этом отеле 10 дней. Первый номер, в который нас поселили не понравился, было очень шумно на первом этаже рядом с ресепшеном, плохой вид из окна. На следующий день с утра нас переселили в отличный, просторный номер на 3 этаже. В обеих номерах было чисто, уютно и все исправно. Я влюбилась в район Авлабари, в котором находится отель. Исторический район со старыми домами, очень тихий. Из баркона был виден Троицкий Собор. Мы были в марте и погода была достаточно холодная, но в номере было тепло. Завтраки отличные! Персонал очень вежливый! В отеле предусмотрена комната для работы на четвертом этаже с прекрасными панорамными окнами. Отель очень понравился, рекомендую!

Sehr ruhiges Hotel und trotzdem zentral. Nahe der Sameba Kathedrale fühlt man sich hier sehr wohl. Wenn in der Altstadt Nachts die Parties dröhnen ist man hier gut aufgehoben. Sehr saubere Zimmer und guter Service.
