如果説不是商務出行，建議還是住紐約吧

Cleanliness, friendly staff and valet staff,didn't like the toaster ,very slow and old fashioned, waited at least 10 minutes for a bagel,overall everything was excellent, above my expectations, will be staying at this location in the future

Tell the staff to stop banging on the door in the morning. I mean you know when people are checking and banging on the door at 7:30 o’clock in the morning to see when we’re checking out that’s the only thing I like about the hotel.

The bread fast was very lame, no variation.
We didn’t get the complementary bag with water etc, and when asked, the lady at front desk was extremely rude and reported that they don’t had any more complementary water.

They seemed to be short staffed in housekeeping, which ment that rooms weren't being cleaned until after 5 pm. When you leave at 9 am and return at 4 pm, to a room that still needs to be cleaned, you wonder if housekeeping missed your room. I called the front desk and was told that "they're on your floor and would get to you" about an hour later, someone did show up. They made the bed, cleaned the bathroom and took out the trash. They left the recycle bin, didn't vacuum, or clean the kitchen. This was first full day of my stay. Every day there after, was basically the same; late arrival and not properly cleaned. I have stayed at this hotel 3 times in the last 5 months, without issue. That's why this was surprising and disappointing. I hope that they are able to hire more staff and soon.

Awesome friendly staff for the most part. They understand that the guest are paying for full services and they are costumer friendly and easy to work with.

Love this hotel, very friendly staff, easy check in and check out. The breakfast was 3/5, they do need to keep the bar open a little later than 9pm.

I loved this Homewood suits. So nice for family with kids. Room was perfect, very comfortable and spacious. Staff are amazing (housekeepers and valet workers). Every team member was so polite and helpful. Will be back again. My new go to hotel whenever me and the family travel to New Jerseys.
Just which they had more food places close by or even a restaurant down in the lobby would have been nice.
