We were a family of four and wanted to stay in the same room together. On the phone I told them that one kid could sleep with the parents and the other on the sofa. They said it was not possible so we had to book two rooms (far from each other). When entering the rooms we saw that we were right, one room would had been enough. It was not a cost issue, but being together. Also it was strange that the hotel website cost was higher than the agency sites. The location is nice, great views on the lake, however a little off site if you want to go anywhere, you will need a car. Parking is hard on site. All staff members were very friendly and polite, except the receptionist lady at the check-in who was rude, unpolite, difficult and very slow. The rooms were fine, bathrooms were small and outdated. The place was clean. The beach area is great, free water equipments and play ground for the kids. Breakfast was nice, good meal on the terrace with stunning view. We could not have dinner as they were fully booked. They do not have reception after 9pm.

es fing schon beim Einchecken an: unfreundliche Damen an der Rezeption ( was, Sie wollen Ihr Gepäck nicht selbst hinauftragen? 2 Koffer, 2 Taschen, Hundekorb, Hund usw), Zimmer sehr veraltet, Bad winzig, man mußte aufpassen, dass man sich nicht gleich einen blauen Fleck holte, einziges Plus: die Gartenanlage, die direkte Seelage und die Terrasse. Der sogenannte Wintergarten gleicht einer Bahnhofshalle, gräßliche Lampen, keine Grünpflanzen, total nüchtern, einfach grauslich. Das Essen: Frühstück ok, beim Abendessen immer die gleichen Salate (eiskalt) und vor allem viele aus der Dose. Das beste waren die Desserts. Alles in allem was das Essen betrifft: sehr mickrig. Personal teilweise ziemlich unfreundlich, ein unnatürlich dauergrinsender Ober, der andere sprach nur Englich (womit die älteren Herrschaften ihre Probleme hatten), es wurde an allen Ecken und Enden gespart. Katastrophal für ein sogenanntes 4Sterne Haus, Für meinen Papillon (Gewicht 3 kg) wurde der horrende Preis von €20,-- verlangt, auf meine Frage, ob es nicht möglich wäre, den Preis der Größe des Hundes anzupassen, kam die mehr als unfreundliche Antwort der Chefin, dass dann jeder Hund abgewogen werden müßte. Beim Ausschecken bei der Chefin kein freundliches Wort, ob wir zufrieden waren, keine Dankeschön, kein Gute Heimfahrt, nichts. Fazit: nie mehr, man wird in diesem Haus ausgenommen wie eine Weihnachtsgans
