Atana Tehran

My room was clean, but felt very warm due to the AC not working efficiently. The air coming out of the vents were same as air from a fan. I did complain to 4 times to different reception teams but they kept promising a tech will come and fix the air conditioner which never happened. They had other rooms available on that day But I wasn't offered a room as they kept promising someone will come and fix the air conditioner. The temperature on the controller was showing 28.5 degree and as you can imagine I had a very unpleasant and sweaty sleep. By the time I was checking out.. nothing had been done. I wished the hotel management was more accountable for this problem. It's an unfortunate that some boutique hotels, no matter how trendy and clean they are, allow customers to fall through their cracks in customer service. When I asked for a refund or compensation, I was told that the management wont accept a refund or discount as they have turned off the air conditioning system to save energy!!!

It’s a very nice hotel, very clean, very helpful. Everyone understood English and had comfortable living. It has a very nice restaurant on the top worth a visit. . We had travelled from mashad, so it was a breath of fresh air that we didn’t have to explain our washroom situation in the hotel

A very good hotel with the standards of a 5-star hotel/ good behavior of the staff/ clean room/ super relaxing lighting in the room and restaurant/ excellent and very clean breakfast is served in the buffet/ access to subway/ bus/ taxi/ close to places Business and leisure / I will definitely choose this hotel again in the next trips to Tehran

Hotel was average, staff was good enough, especially the receptionist Mrs seyyedi was best of all, because she explain quite well in english. Breakfast options at the hotel were very fulfilling we had a wonderful time there.

Facilities are 5 stare quality.restaurat staff are friendly and respectful. Receptionist unfortunately not nice and not qualified, have less information of tehran, not serving guests in lobby and totally is not Receptionist of 4 stars hotel. Transportation order by them is the worst cars without a/c without online payment system and are old cars for high rates. Cleaning system slow and careless. It is not recommended for overseas guests.

Hotel de gran calidad, limpio, personal atento buen desayuno. Solamente fueron dos noches pero fue excelente. Buen desayuno, todo el personal muy pendiente de que no faltase de nada. Situación excelente dentro de la capital.
