Arrived in hotel at about 1am Dhaka time, to realise that my room didnt have electricity, hotel made arrangement for me to stay at another hotel at 1 am!
Was drained and tired, hotel claim that they couldn't contact me as I'm using my foreign number. Howevery they could have forseen this and emailed me or try other means to reach out to me.
Room was clean and decent, the dining area seems to be infested with mosquito at night.
Had issue with payment, apparently the staff wasnt charging me properly, i had to pay extra for my driver to pay outstanding for me.

hotel is good, people are nice, just during peak hpurs the traffic is very jammed

This is my second time here and my stay has always been lovely. The staff have always been attentive and caring. The food is great! The hotel is also located near other shops and restaurants. I highly recommend this place and I look forward to my next visit. 🤗

The staff was extremely accommodating and the hotel’s restaurant was delicious - and most importantly fast in making the desired dishes as most places like taking their time. Everyone went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible!

I recently had an incredible experience and I am compelled to share my positive review. From start to finish, their service was nothing short of fantastic. One of the most attractive aspects of their service is their exceptional client management. They truly understand the importance of putting the customer first and consistently go above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. The employees' behavior stood out as particularly noteworthy. Every interaction I had with their staff was pleasant and professional. They were not only courteous and attentive but also extremely knowledgeable, able to address all my questions and concerns with ease. This level of customer service is rare and highly commendable. Furthermore, the attention to detail and the personalized touch they offer make a significant difference. They take the time to understand your specific needs and tailor their services accordingly. This personalized approach made me feel valued as a client and confident in their abilities. I highly recommend them.

stay with my family couple of days we feel like a home. Specially Manager Jaman , Masum and prem,Jony chef take care of us as a family member. Front desk staff are soo helpful our every needs they reached so professionally. Thanks to Housekeeping all staff they always trying to give us every day cleaned stay . Overall our stay was remarkable with @Lakeshore_Suites family for their excellent hospitality. I will visit again to this hotel when I will come to Dhaka.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Lakeshore Hotel, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish.The staff provided attentive service from check-in to departure. My spacious, clean room offered a comfortable retreat. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway.
