Brown Golden House, a Member of Brown Hotels

Mooi hotel op een goede locatie. Dichtbij het strand. Kamers zijn aan de kleine kant, bedden zijn niet heel comfortabel, maar goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding voor Tel Aviv.

Extremely friendly hotel in a perfect location. Breakfast excellent. Free cocktails in the room was a great touch. Would recommend in a heartbeat - far more personal than the larger chain hotels. Gil at reception was amazing. I couldn't fault his service and attention to detail.

We stayed in Golden House TLV from 19 June 2023 to 26 June 2023. On 25 June 2023, between 6am and 9am, we were robbed while sleeping in our room (overall value of the stolen items of approx. €5,000). The circumstances of this burglary and the attitude of the hotel staff were extremely suspicious and indecent. It was clear that the hotel staff were in concert with the thieves. We have vainly tried to speak with the manager for two days, but the staff changed every couple of hours and everyone pretended that they have just arrived and knew nothing. All they were trying to do is to offer us a bottle of cheap alcohol hoping that we forget about everything. Moreover, the hotel refused to show us the videos from the CCTV cameras. The hotel clearly does not insure any security, so that anyone can easily get in and rob the guests. If one of us woke up during the burglary, this criminal could have injured, killed or raped us (we were sleeping almost naked, without blanket, because it was hot in our chamber). After months of unfruitful communications with the hotel and with *********** (often without any answer), they only offered us a one free night in the same hotel as a compensation. The hotel promised us to consider other offers but doesn’t answer our emails since 28.07.2023. We are extremely outraged and humiliated. To summarise: + nice location + balcony -noise from the road -tiny uncomfortable, badly equipped bathroom -lack of cleanliness -no security system (not safe to stay at this hotel !) -negligent attitude towards the guests

nice hotel with friendly staff in great location

Cute little butique hotel, lovely staff. The staff was friendly and acommidating. They had good recommendations about the stay. Our room was stylish and comfortable. The bed was amazing and had a real duvet with goose feathers. Would definetly recommend to a friend!

Wanted to like this little hotel in an old Bauhaus building but the room was dirty, towels are threadbare, wallpaper is peeling, the odor in shower stall in unbearable. The all-day espresso machine that they advertise has been eliminated. Seems like no one is maintaining the property. Pity. It’s just a 2-star hotel.

We've taken the penthouse room with the ocean view and it was the best room we've in tel aviv so far and we've been in many. the hotel staff were very very nice and the service was great. this is certainly an hotel that we will revisit

This is a comfortable spot from which to visit Tel Aviv. The location is great, just one block from the beach and close to other attractions like the Carmel Market. Staff members are helpful. Breakfast next door at the Brown Beach House was top notch.

Great hotel with the friendliest staff, great bed. I didn't sleep so good in long time! Close to the beach and only a 10 minutes walk from the market. The staff is very helpfull with answering questions.
