This home has fast Wi-Fi, a fully stocked kitchen which boasts granite counter-tops, tile, laminate wood flooring, pool and hot tub which make it a great place to relax and unwind. It has great cooking options with stainless steel appliances and an instant natural gas BBQ, Extra deep tub, Great Dining Room, reclining couch, Roku TVs with over 1500+ channels. Hot Tub Fee: $100 per stay to drain and clean the hot tub after every use. Pool Gas Heat: $150 per heating period of 24 hours. The pool can be heated from ~60F to ~80F in 24 hours. This is done using the hot tub gas heater. A technican will come out to heat the pool. The pool stays warm enough to swim in the winter for 3-7 days depending on the temperature, the heat generated by the solar heater and if the pool cover is when it is not in use. If the pool is too cold to swim in, we can heat it up for you.
