It was ok. Not the friendliest staff. Door slammed. Shower head was awful. No fresh towels or any room attention in four night stay.

Spacious clean very affordable suite, with basic cooking utensil ready to cook breakfast lunch or dinner and a fridge. Friendly, solutions oriented staff as I had to make adjustments. Highly recommended for the business traveler, who also needs a little office space. Make sure you check in to the right location - there is another one half a mile away...

This place is gross!!! The rooms are dirty and smelly! The photos do not match the actual rooms. The appliances are dated white older refrigerators and cabinets are falling apart with paint chipping. Dust and grime everywhere!
Someone complained about my toddler whining so we had to make our stay here short and get a refund.
Luckily we did not mind leaving it was horrid! You have people living here which I don’t judge but to complain about a toddler is completely crazy.
The area itself is okay but sketchy to say the least.
We had to go to the Home Depot across the street to buy antibacterial spray and cleaners because the hotel is that dirty. From the time you walk into the lobby it is dirty.
Tammy was nice and understanding and accommodating. She switched our rooms when we complained about the first one. However, the 2nd one was better in condition but still dirty just tolerable so to speak.

We would probably stay here again, but we weren't blown away by it. No one mentioned the room wouldn't be cleaned daily, and we were given two bath towels for a five night stay. We had to slam the bathroom door if we wanted it to close, things like that. But it was overall clean and quiet and a lot of the staff was really friendly and helpful.

Rooms need updating. Walls in bathroom look really bad.
I was disappointed that you didnt offer free breakfast like other Sonestas.
Otherwise, everything was good.

My stay was conveniently located to events I was attending. Staff was very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied.

This place is filthy.
The elevators had more dirt and filth than the street. The bathroom near Checkin looked like someone or something exploded there.
I’m guessing the waste basket hadn’t been emptied in days.
We didn’t even use our shower, we were afraid to step into it.
Cross this one off your list.

Overall ok but I won’t be using the hotel in the future. The room was not thoroughly cleaned upon checkin. There was garbage left in the room and the floors, drawers, counters were not cleaned. They also do not provide housekeeping if you stay under a week so you have to take out your trash and take linens down to reception if you need new linens. They did “retouch” my room in day 2 when I complained about it but still an inconvenience. Not to mention the pool was not available as it was being repaired.

Website is a lie. Pool and Jacuzzi both out of order. They were still prominent on the website, but obviously not functioning. Just plain deceptive. No reduction and no refund option. Room smelled and had not been fully serviced.
