The only drawbacks are the poor soundproofing. We could hear conversations from the next room, the TV, and footsteps from upstairs guests. The bathroom facilities are still the old-fashioned separate hot and cold water system, making washing up a bit inconvenient. The Wi-Fi signal is also weak. I suggest improving these aspects!
