EXCELENTE HOTEL en todos los aspectos: limpieza, estructura, organizaciòn, ropa blanca, entretenimiento y la novedad el circuito hidrico, lo màs. Agradecemos a todo el personal y, en especial a Steven Medina quien nos hizo la reserva, exclte atenciòn via mail y telefono. Un cariño para los chicos de entretenimiento: Irma, Florencia, las dos Pamelas, L.Matìas y Luis, unos genios todos y los chicos del Circuito Hidrico, espectacular y a Karen que siempre me corta el cabello. Fue nuestro segundo año en este Hotel y volveremos. Como sugerencia, la carta de comidas del año anterior estaba màs variada y en ocasiones mejor cocina. VOLVEREMOS.

MUY BUEN HOTEL, CON HABITACIONES EXELENTES Y CON CAMAS SUPER COMODAS, LOS BAÑOS INSTALADOS APTOS PARA TODAS LAS EDADES CON AGUAS TERMALES. HAY ENTRETENIMIENTO EN LA PISCINA Y LAS PISCINAS SON BELLISIMAS. NO DEJES DE DARTE MASAJES Y HACER EL CIRTCUITO HIDRICO

FUIMOS 5 NOCHES, TIEMPO SUFICIENTE PARA TERMAS, LA HABITACION MUY COMFORTABLE . ROPA DE CAMA, TOALLAS, BATAS, TODO MUY LIMPIO Y LA MUCAMA SIEMPRE ATENTA A LAS NECESIDADES. EL PERSONAL EN GENERAL INCLUYENDO LA ANIMACION, SIMPATICOS Y AMABLES. LAS INSTALACIONES BIEN CONSERVADAS, A PESAR DE QUE ALGUNOS DIAS EL CLIMA NO AYUDO PUDIMOS DISFRUTAR DE LOS SERVICIOS QUE BRINDAN, ESTÁ TODO PUESTO PARA NO TENER NECESIDAD DE SALIR DEL HOTEL. EL SERVICIO DE GASTRONOMÍA ES MUY BUENO EN GENERAL, PARA MI GUSTO AL DESAYUNO LE FALTA UNA ESTRELLA, EL CAFE (IMPORTANTE MEJORARLO) Y HAY VARIAS COSITAS QUE LE FALTA. LA TERAPIA DE LAS AGUAS TERMALES Y EL LUGAR PUESTO AL SERVICIO DEL CLIENTE AYUDAN A REPETIR LA EXPERIENCIA. VOLVERÍAMOS

I found a roach in the food one day and a piece of steel wool in my food the following day. I conplain about it but I got no responses just an scarce apology. The rest of the services are pretty good.

Mi estadía en el hotel fue excelente en todos los aspectos. Las instalaciones eran impecables, las habitaciones cómodas y bien equipadas, y los servicios ofrecidos superaron mis expectativas. Quiero destacar especialmente la calidez y amabilidad del personal, que hicieron que me sintiera como en casa desde el primer momento. Sin duda, volvería a alojarme aquí y lo recomendaría a cualquiera.

Es un hotel lujoso, tiene ****** propio. Los espectáculos geniales. No es all inclusive. Pero la comida es muy buena y tenés variedad. Los desayunos son mágicos. La gente es muy cortés y tenés circuitos en aguas incluido en los servicios. Las piletas tienen distintas temperaturas. Lo cual te permite estar mucho tiempo en ellas, según que quieras hacer. Los entretenimientos son buenos.

El mejor hotel de toda Argentina. No solamente es una excelencia en servicio sino que su gente se esmera cada vez más por qué su atención sea lo mejor de lo mejor. Calidad de infraestructura, comida única e increíble, gran pileta termal, circuito hídrico unico en el país y su gente que comparte buena onda y excelente atención lo califico con un 10 total. Es la segunda vez que vengo y desde ya pienso volver.

Todo el hotel merece diez puntos Servicio del personal, habitaciones, comidas y servicios de entretenimiento y spa. Merece las 5 estrellas Ubicado en pleno centro, pero tranquilo y silencioso. A pocas cuadras del rio dulce y al puente de entrada a la ciudad

Excelente estadía. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, el personal es atento y la oferta gastronomica es muy buena. Todo está ordenado y limpio. Las toallas y sabanas son de excelente calidad y estaban impecables siempre. El sector de spa extremadamente limpio.
